    A Preliminary Exploration of the Teaching Reform of Physical Chemistry Experiments Assisted by Theoretical Calculations#br#   Collect

     To deepen the teaching reform of physical chemistry experiments, an attempt has been made to enrich the physical chemistry experiments assisted by First Principle and Density Functional Theory calculations. In this paper, the simple and practical computational examples have been designed for the typical items of physical chemistry experiments. The calculation task includes steps such as building models, setting up parameters, submitting the calculation, analyzing the results. The application of the examples helps the students understand the relationship between the structure and properties of materials from a microscopic molecular level. The results indicate that most students are interested in doing chemical experiments on computer and they can complete the computational tasks. The comparison between the experimental and theoretical results helps the students understand the principles of physical chemistry. At the same time, it is favorable to train the students of their experimental and computational skills, which paves the way for scientific research for the future.

    In the context of educational informatization, and taking Higher Mathematics course as example, this paper probes into the practice of the blended teaching mode. Based on the concept of outcome-based education, this study focuses on the practical problems in the teaching procedure of this course. It proposed an innovative approach of "one guidance, three integration, four enchantments", which explores teaching reforms in four aspects: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching modes, and teaching evaluation system. Teaching effectiveness is testified through a combination of online and offline methods such as classroom performance, platform data, questionnaire surveys, and dynamic feedback. The results show that students' learning states have improved, their ability to apply knowledge and engage in autonomous learning has been enhanced, and the achievement of teaching objectives has improved.

     In a local engineering college with distinct characteristics in chemical industry, the practical teaching process will be closely related with high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful factors, therefore, there are some problems in the operation of the experiment, such as the great destruction and the high cost of the experiment. On the basis of analyzing the problems, the researchers put forward the necessity of setting up virtual simulation experiment teaching platform        with the consideration of the following three aspects: safety and environmental protection, practical superiority, and engineering certification. Through the integration of the existing resources in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, the teaching system of virtual simulation experiment with distinctive professional characteristics and innovation is established and a wide range of application of virtual simulation projects in the safety of professional experimental teaching and practice has been achieved.

    This study analyzes the specific implementation methods of simulation enterprise management courses and entrepreneurial education of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) training in the context of TBL. The aim is to find a new way of implementing educational work and improve the overall quality of education. During the research process, the method of literature analysis was employed, and the specific situation of classroom teaching was analyzed. The results indicate that the ERP training and entrepreneurial education conducted in the context of TBL can stimulate students' learning motivation and positively promote the improvement of classroom teaching. The study suggests that improving the current teaching situation under the TBL framework can enhance students' learning outcomes.

    In the context of informatization, the course of Fundamental Account has been required to reduce its class hours with the same amount of teaching content, with the consideration of which, this paper discusses the BOPPPS and the blended teaching mode which reflects the teaching concept of "student-centered". In the teaching practice, online and offline resources were effectively utilized and the students' learning autonomy has been stimulated, which proved that through elaborate designed teaching activities, flexible use of various teaching methods, the application of BOPPPS and blended teaching mode can help to enhance the students' learning efficiency.

     The integrated construction of ideological and political education in primary, secondary schools and universities is a significant measure for schools to implement the fundamental task of "fostering virtue through education" and serves as a strong guarantee for training socialist builders and successors. At present, the integration of ideological and political education in China's primary and secondary schools and universities is in the early stage of construction. In the context of the new era, practical and effective measures should be taken from the aspects of teaching contents, practical activities of "collaborative ideological and political education", virtual teaching and research platforms, and evaluation systems, so as to improve the overall management through top-level design, explore feasible practical paths, and improve the collaborative education mechanisms from the perspective of "collaborative ideological and political education", thereby promoting the integration of ideological and political education in primary, secondary schools and universities.

    To establish the longitudinal connection between universities and high school in the teaching of Basic principles of Marxism is the necessary step in promoting the integration of ideological and political theoretical courses, it is the inevitable requirement for following the law of education and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The teaching content transits from knowledge-based learning to theoretical deepening, marking a longitudinal leap from ideological and political course in high school and Basic Principles of Marxism in university. College teachers should strengthen the discussions and communication with high school ideological and political teachers based on the differences in teaching of between the two educational stages, continuously optimize the ideas of teaching connection, jointly undertake research projects with high school teachers, strive to enhance their ability to connect teaching across the two stages, thereby promoting the effective connection of the teaching between the two educational stages.

In the future, researchers are supposed to deepen the relevant theoretical research, establish and improve an integrated education work mechanism, conduct a systematic construction of curriculum system, cultivate a high-quality teacher team, enhance innovation in practical teaching and build a scientific and comprehensive educational evaluation system.

     There are many similarities and differences between college students returning to school after military service and the general college students, and these similarities and differences are the results of the combined effect of two factors: their own unique experience and their returning to school as college students. Taking a university in Jilin Province as an example, based on the actual situation of the group of veteran students, this paper discusses the new characteristics and missions of this group in the new era from three aspects: "personal development, group Party building and future planning" and provides reference for Party building work in the colleges and universities of the same type with specific operational cases.

    In the era of digital economy, equipment manufacturing industry has become an important pillar of a country's national economy. In view of the problems faced by China's equipment manufacturing enterprises in their innovation and development, such as insufficient innovation impetus, limited innovation funds, and lack of innovative talents, this paper uses TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) 
     framework from three dimensions, and uses fsQCA (Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis) method to explore the effect of conditional variable linkage matching on the innovation and development of equipment manufacturing enterprises. It is found that high-tech talents are the core factors for equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve innovation and development, while R&D investment and organizational scale are significant factors, the enterprises should increase R&D investment, capital investment and labor investment at the same time, so that the innovation and development of equipment manufacturing enterprises can be realized.

    Western economic liberalism analyzes the human nature and asserts that the driving force for "economic man" to engage in economic activities is the pursuit of self-interest. The initiative and enthusiasm of individual in economic activities stem from their desire to pursue their own interests. In contrast, Marx and Engels pointed out the social attributes of human beings. A "social person", in addition to the natural and essential needs for interests, has a more significant requirement for social interests. The motivation for a "social person" engaging in economic activities should not focus solely on their own gain, but it should prioritize the interests of the country and society. The economic activities with Marxist ethics and morality are deemed as scientific and beneficial for all mankind, and will further promote the progress of human society.

    The construction of New Liberal Arts aims to deepen the integration of traditional humanities and natural sciences, driving educational innovation through interdisciplinary approaches. In the field of English teaching, the New Liberal Arts concept not only provides a new developmental trajectory for the reform of English education in applied universities, but also contributes to the modernization of the educational system to a certain extent. Under the perspective of New Liberal Arts, innovative English teaching emphasizes the cultivation of language talents with multidisciplinary knowledge backgrounds. It requires that teaching models should align with the pace of the times, and promote the specialization and distinctiveness of English education through optimizing teaching structures and strengthening the collaborative development path of disciplines. Based on the interpretation and characteristic analysis of the concept of New Liberal Arts, this paper proposes targeted innovation paths for existing problems in college English teaching, which is used to further optimize the paradigm reconstruction of college English courses in applied universities and ultimately to foster an overall enhancement of our nation’s higher education institutional strength.

    The Confucian culture of the "Five Constants" is an important element of Chinese outstanding traditional culture and the core content of Confucian culture. From the viewpoint of historical logic, Confucian "Five Constants" culture is the spiritual mark and cultural essence of Chinese civilization. From the perspective of theoretical logic, the commonality between Confucian "Five Constants" and the educational philosophy of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the cultural inheritance mission shouldered by the ideological and political education provides a feasibility for the integration of Confucianism into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. From the perspective of practical logic, the integration of Confucian "Five Constants" culture into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities requires adherence to the guidance of Marxist theory, taking the excellent traditional Chinese culture as the background, innovating teaching methods and approaches, and effectively improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
