A Preliminary Exploration of the Teaching Reform of Physical Chemistry Experiments Assisted by Theoretical Calculations#br#

To deepen the teaching reform of physical chemistry experiments, an attempt has been made to enrich the physical chemistry experiments assisted by First Principle and Density Functional Theory calculations. In this paper, the simple and practical computational examples have been designed for the typical items of physical chemistry experiments. The calculation task includes steps such as building models, setting up parameters, submitting the calculation, analyzing the results. The application of the examples helps the students understand the relationship between the structure and properties of materials from a microscopic molecular level. The results indicate that most students are interested in doing chemical experiments on computer and they can complete the computational tasks. The comparison between the experimental and theoretical results helps the students understand the principles of physical chemistry. At the same time, it is favorable to train the students of their experimental and computational skills, which paves the way for scientific research for the future.

In the context of educational informatization, and taking Higher Mathematics course as example, this paper probes into the practice of the blended teaching mode. Based on the concept of outcome-based education, this study focuses on the practical problems in the teaching procedure of this course. It proposed an innovative approach of "one guidance, three integration, four enchantments", which explores teaching reforms in four aspects: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching modes, and teaching evaluation system. Teaching effectiveness is testified through a combination of online and offline methods such as classroom performance, platform data, questionnaire surveys, and dynamic feedback. The results show that students' learning states have improved, their ability to apply knowledge and engage in autonomous learning has been enhanced, and the achievement of teaching objectives has improved.

In a local engineering college with distinct characteristics in chemical industry, the practical teaching process will be closely related with high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful factors, therefore, there are some problems in the operation of the experiment, such as the great destruction and the high cost of the experiment. On the basis of analyzing the problems, the researchers put forward the necessity of setting up virtual simulation experiment teaching platform with the consideration of the following three aspects: safety and environmental protection, practical superiority, and engineering certification. Through the integration of the existing resources in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, the teaching system of virtual simulation experiment with distinctive professional characteristics and innovation is established and a wide range of application of virtual simulation projects in the safety of professional experimental teaching and practice has been achieved.

In the context of informatization, the course of Fundamental Account has been required to reduce its class hours with the same amount of teaching content, with the consideration of which, this paper discusses the BOPPPS and the blended teaching mode which reflects the teaching concept of "student-centered". In the teaching practice, online and offline resources were effectively utilized and the students' learning autonomy has been stimulated, which proved that through elaborate designed teaching activities, flexible use of various teaching methods, the application of BOPPPS and blended teaching mode can help to enhance the students' learning efficiency.

In the era of digital economy, equipment manufacturing industry has become an important pillar of a country's national economy. In view of the problems faced by China's equipment manufacturing enterprises in their innovation and development, such as insufficient innovation impetus, limited innovation funds, and lack of innovative talents, this paper uses TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)
framework from three dimensions, and uses fsQCA (Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis) method to explore the effect of conditional variable linkage matching on the innovation and development of equipment manufacturing enterprises. It is found that high-tech talents are the core factors for equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve innovation and development, while R&D investment and organizational scale are significant factors, the enterprises should increase R&D investment, capital investment and labor investment at the same time, so that the innovation and development of equipment manufacturing enterprises can be realized.
