Under the background of the integration of industry and education , innovation and practices have been carried out on the teaching objectives, content, process, and assessment methods of Cell Biology,effectively promoting the connection between the teaching process and the production process, and enhancing the matching degree of students' practical abilities with the requirements of enterprise positions.This course has won the first prize in school level teaching achievements and has been listed as a provincial-level cultivation project ,a customized class for school-enterprise cooperation ,and a core construction course for the school-level modern biopharmaceutical industry college.

Research on Innovative Path of Joint Training Model of Graduate Students in Universities

In accordance with the deployment of the " three in one" coordinated promotion of education,science and technology, and talent in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the goal is to provide high-quality applied research-oriented talents for the country and effectively improve the quality of graduate education.Based on the exploration and practice of the joint training model for graduate students at a certain university in Northeast China,this paper proposes an innovative model of " five-in-one" training model between universities and research institutes.This model includes the establishment of joint training institutions, the establishment of joint enrollment mechanisms, the formation of joint training management models , the formation of school-institute mentor groups , and the implementation of strict quality control, which is to cultivate a large number of outstanding engineers who are more in line with the characteristics of the times.

Emotional interaction is an important link to enhance affinity of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. The emotional interaction in ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities is conducive to optimizing the classroom image of ideological and political teaching ,enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching , and promoting the overall development of students. Aiming at the practical problem of insufficient emotional energy among teachers , students and teaching materials , this paper takes the improvement of teachers’emotional teaching ability, the stimulation of students 'empathy consciousness and the integration of emotional resources of the teaching materials as the research point , and actively explores the effective path of emotional interaction in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities , and uses emotional interaction to relieve the dilemma of " emotional alienation between teachers and students ,so as to achieve the teaching effect of " teaching with emotion"。

In response to typical problems such as the lag in updating the content of software development courses in vocational colleges , and insufficient endogenous motivation among students , this paper proposes a teaching reform method emphasizing the integration of " post , course , competition and certification" and based on " fostering moral integrity and shaping character" .By promoting moral integrity and character building and integrating " post , course , competition and certification" ,the software development course teaching reform in vocational colleges is implemented by using the Java EE enterprise-level application development courses as carriers.The comparison of the teaching effectiveness before and after the curriculum reform reveals that the software development course teaching, practice based on the integration of " post , course, competition and certification" with the background of " fostering moral integrity and shaping character" can promote the alignment of course content with industry standards and effectively stimulate students' intrinsic motivation.This method enhances the students' professional competitiveness and also provides a reference for teaching reforms of computer-related courses in vocational colleges.

As the cradle of talent cultivation, to achieve the goal of "Three-All Education", colleges and universities are supposed to adopt measures of promoting the construction of career development centers, which is to implement the national requirements for career education in schools. On the basis of inheriting the functions of traditional employment guidance centers in universities, the Career Development Center has established an education system that includes student self-awareness guidance, academic planning guidance, career and industry experience, major selection guidance, and psychological counseling. This system has enhanced the quality of talent cultivation and increased the attractiveness of career education. However, there are still many problems in the current construction of career development centers in universities. It is necessary to further clarify the functional positioning of career development centers, improve management systems, promote the development of teaching staff, strengthen the collaboration of various parties in the society, and focus on building a student career guidance model that is both distinctive and forward-looking.

The way university teachers teach and manage is constantly changing with the rapid development of digital technology. However, the wide application of technology does not mean that every teacher can effectively integrate in teaching and management. In order to improve the efficiency of college teachers' use of digital technology, this study discusses the current situation of the use of digital technology by applied college teachers from four dimensions: communication, professional development, teaching and administrative management, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies from the aspects of changing concepts, strengthening training, and establishing incentive and guarantee mechanisms. This study provides a practical reference for promoting the extensive application of educational technology by teachers in applied universities, so as to enhance the ability of college teachers to use technology.

Petrochemical English, as a vital part of English for science and technology ( EST ),features strong industrial professionalism due to its technical terms and specialized expressions.By utilizing Google Translate for the initial translation of the text " Fracturing, Fluids Additives" , the author , based on MTPE , analyses the problems exposed by Machine Translation in the long-sentence translation of petrochemical English and summarizes the methods for translating long-sentence in petrochemical English during the post-editing process.Through specific case studies , the author intends to provide references for the translation and post-editing of long-sentence translation in petrochemical English.
