“Morality education, nurturing root and soul” is the fundamental purpose of China's higher education, for public basic mathematics curriculum, there is a question needed to be explored in this paper that how to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation, and which is also a long-term construction in the future. For the public basic mathematics curriculum, the historical mission of nurturing “soul” is clarified, the connotation construction of nurturing “soul” is exploited, and the teaching formation of nurturing“soul”is explored. Taking some mathematics knowledge points as examples, the paper discussed the design idea of moral education resources, and measures of integrating ideological and political elements into courses, forming a unified curriculum system of“knowledge transferring, ability cultivating, and mentality shaping”, to bring out more efficient functions from education, and improve the quality of personnel cultivating.

Practice shows that the introduction of EDA virtual platform into practice teaching can assist online teaching and ensure the effective implementation of offline hierarchical, engineering and innovative teaching mode.

Under the background of sports power, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of public physical education teaching in universities in Anhui province, the idea of optimizing public physical education teaching in universities under the background of sports power is proposed and put into practice. Change the traditional teaching mode, improve the infrastructure, strengthen the moral education, reasonably arrange the curriculum, set up the correct physical education view, and optimize the teaching mode of public physical education in colleges and universities in Anhui Province. To improve the teaching quality and efficiency of public physical education in colleges and universities in Anhui Province, it still needs colleges and universities to further increase the content of sports culture, enrich the teaching connotation and supervise the teaching quality.

The students who have chosen table tennis as their course in four classes from Grade 2020 are selected as the research subjects in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, in the research, the "1+1+X" teaching model is compared with the traditional teaching model in public physical education class by using the research methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, teaching experiment and logic analysis. The results show that: in the university public physical education class, with the implementation of the "1+1+X" teaching mode, students’ physical quality have been comprehensively improved, and they have set up the idea of lifelong exercise. All the results show that the education effect is remarkable and the mode is easy to be popularized.

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development of women's football in China. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the influence of functional strength training on the sensitivity and speed quality of college female football players. The results show that functional strength training has a positive impact on the improvement of the sensitive quality of female college football players, while traditional strength training has no positive impact on the improvement of the sensitive quality. The two kinds of strength training have positive effects on the improvement of speed quality and have different effects.
