    Exploration of the Reform of the Practical Teaching System for Provincial First-Class Undergraduate Major in Materials Science and Engineering under the Background of "New Engineering"   Collect

    Based on the connotation of "New Engineering" and the construction goals of provincial-level first-class undergraduate majors, with the goal of improving students' ability to solve practical problems, the practical teaching system of Materials Science and Engineering has been optimized. The professional practical teaching system will be built around "one characteristic, one support, and three levels", with "collaborative education between industry, academia, and research" as the characteristic, and the school-enterprise cooperation education base represented by Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials Modern Industry College built on the basis of the cooperation of Jilin institute of Chemical Technology and Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd. It will be based on three levels: experimental project reform and innovation, internship and practical training project reform and innovation, and college student innovation and entrepreneurship project expansion training. We have established a practical teaching system for Materials Science and Engineering, with the aim of providing reference for the construction of provincial-level first-class undergraduate majors in the "new engineering" field that serves the local economy.

     Affected by the epidemic in 2022, our school adopted online teaching methods to carry out teaching activities. In order to assess the college students' participation in online physical chemistry learning and the effectiveness of online teaching of physical chemistry, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 635 students in our school. The survey results showed that 72.91% of the students were satisfied with the effect of online physical chemistry teaching. After the resumption of offline teaching, 55.26% of students were willing to take physical chemistry courses in a online and offline combination. We should take this online teaching as an opportunity to encourage teachers to make full use of information technology and integrate teaching with the development of school information technology and promote the information-based teaching of physical chemistry in our school.

    The curriculum ideological and political construction is a new idea, new requirement and new task in the new era. Materials Chemistry is a compulsory course for Materials Science and Engineering majors in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. It has a rich knowledge system which integrates the efforts and achievements of generations of scientists. According to the characteristics of this professional course, in the course of teaching, the reform and practice of ideological and political teaching of Materials Chemistry are carried out by enriching ideological and political teaching content, exploring diversified teaching modes and improving teachers' ability, so as to improve students' quality in the process of accumulating the knowledge of professional courses, which is helpful to truly realize the dual cultivation of moral and intellectual learning of professional courses.

In response to the problems existing in the reform of ideological and political education in engineering courses, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the specialized courses, and conducts research on the objectives, teaching modes and supporting conditions of ideological and political education in the courses, the ideological and political education system of engineering courses in colleges and universities is constructed to improve the ideological and political teaching effect continuously.

    The necessity of integrating ideological and political education into engineering training courses was analyzed, and the common problems in the integration of ideological and political education into engineering training courses were summarized. Based on the actual situation of engineering training courses at Northeast Electric Power University, this study explores the construction of a curriculum ideological and political education system with the research objectives of work mechanism, teaching design, faculty development, and evaluation system. The work mechanism serves as the foundation, teaching design as the core, faculty development as the guarantee, and evaluation system as the benchmark. Through the scientific and reasonable construction of the system, the organic integration of engineering training courses and ideological and political education can be better achieved, and engineering and technical personnel with good moral and ethical qualities can be cultivated.

    The teaching reform of the basic courses of electronics characterized by innovation ability cultivation is part of the teaching construction work of the Provincial Electrotechnics and Electronics Center of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. The reform involves the adjustment of course orientation, teaching model revision, teaching method and evaluation mode reform, and it focuses on the elements such as span of knowledge, innovation awareness, innovation thinking, innovation skills and innovation quality. In the end, the content of innovation ability cultivation was integrated into the teaching of the basic courses of electronics after constant teaching practice and revision.

    This paper is to analyze the connotation of network security literacy by conducting a questionnaire survey on the level of college students' network security literacy. It analyzes the data in detail from four sub-dimensions: network security awareness, network security knowledge, network security skills, network security law and ethics. According to the analysis results, it provides reference for the improvement of network security literacy level of college students.

    With the rapid development of higher education and the further deepening reforms of continuing education in China, the construction of continuing education of colleges and universities in China has gradually shifted from academic education to a developing direction that emphasizes both non-academic education and academic education. Continuing education in colleges and universities are increasingly participating in enterprise training, providing support for enterprises to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises in the market. The construction of non-academic education for teaching staff is both the foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of continuing education in colleges and universities. In this paper, the suggestions aiming at putting forward improvement of continuing education are proposed based on the explanation of the necessity and advantages of developing non-academic continuing education and the analysis of the current core problems in colleges and universities.

    With the development of higher education, the level and quality of undergraduate graduation designs have always been of great concern. This article shows the reforms of the traditional guidance mode for graduation designs in aircraft majors and proposes a dual mentor graduation design guidance scheme based on team cooperation. By increasing team cooperation and dual mentor guidance, many students are assigned to one group and one question is implemented in the group to encourage graduates to plan ahead and figure out their own topics. The results show that this guidance mode can not only improve the quality of graduation design, but also enhance the employment competitiveness of the undergraduate students, and deepen their love and interest in the profession.

    The project-based management of work tasks is the basic work of administrative management in colleges and universities. In order to implement projectization management, we should combine project declaration with administrative management, combine primary tasks with development strategies, and combine task integration with project optimization. The talent training system regards the students'vocational ability as core training target, innovation and entrepreneurial ability as training specification. Our college categorizes teaching management into four types, including mechanism, task, project and characteristic and takesthem as administrative impetus. The colleges' management level and efficiency have been greatly improved after implementing this system for several years by improving the management team's perspective and executive ability.

    Sites and heritage related to the CPC are the main carriers of red culture. To promote the integration of sites and heritage related to the CPC into the cultivation of core competencies of college students in the new era, it is necessary to optimize the cultivation goals from the perspective of goal linkage and the inherent compatibility of the resources, to follow the basic laws of core competency cultivation and to implement the focus of resource integration. It is also necessary to explore the practical methods to strengthen top-level design and open up the connection paths of cultivation, to optimize teaching content and strengthen the cultivation theory research and to build education platforms, integrate favorable resources for cultivation, improve education mechanisms, and gather the collective force of cultivation subjects.
