    Research on Constructing the Red Culture Discourse System of Ideological and Political Courses in Universities from the Perspective of "the Second Combination"   Collect

     From the perspective of "the second combination" , shaping the red cultural discourse system is the internal demand of the new era, and also the inevitable choice to realize the fundamental task of cultivating people in colleges and universities.Based on the background of the new era, the existing predicament of the integration of red culture discourse system into ideological and political courses in universities is systematically sorted out, such as the imbalance of discourse field, the imbalance of discourse context, the tradition of discourse coding technology and the pan-entertainment of discourse decoding culture. In the principle of integrating ideological and political courses into the govermance path: With the help of red cultural historical materials and changing language style, gather the leading power of discourse field; with the help of sufficient red cultural resources,enrich the emotional penetration of discourse context; with the aid of digital technology, optimize the innovation driving force of discourse coder; with the aid of the evaluation system, enhance the practical transformation power of discourse decoder.

    University-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways of talent cultivation, yet there is a scarcity of historical perspective explorations on what kind of talents university-enterprise cooperation is suitable for nurturing and how it educates. Through an in-depth analysis of the historical evolution and main models of applied talent cultivation both domestically and internationally, it is found that the level of productivity and institutional changes are the two main threads affecting university-enterprise cooperation. The higher the level of productivity or the more active the market mechanism, the greater the corporate educational discourse power, and the more mainstream the cultivation of applied talents becomes. The existing models of university-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, such as industry colleges, customized classes, and intemship bases, all commonly face the issue of excessive corporate educational discourse power, which fragments the integrity of university edueation. Based on the above judgment, applied research-oriented industry colleges,industry customized classes, and a classified and graded internship base system may be a beneficial atempt for universities to balance the absolute educational discourse power of enterprises under the background of a new technological revolution.

     An improved Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed to solve the problems of poor initial solution,local optima and low aceuracy of the traditional GA for solving the Travelling Salesman Problem(TSP).Firstly,the greedy algorithm is combined with elite selection to improve the quality of the initial solutions in the population. Secondly , the steps of adaptive crossover and mutation probability are designed, and the Metropolis criterion is combined to prevent the genetic algorithm from falling into local optima.Finally, Bidirectional Three- Cross of Greedy Algorithm and 2-opt search algorithm are added to improve the accuracy The results show that the deviation rate of the optimal solution of the improved genetic algorithm is less than 1.88%, and the deviation rate of the mean is less than 2.27%.

    Today, cutting-edge research and practical applications in the field of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) increasingly depend on interdisciplinary integration, driving graduate education in universities toward fostering innovation capabilities and interdisciplinary competencies. Despite the limited resources of non-" Double First-Class" universities in talent cultivation and discipline development, they still bear the responsibility of cultivating high-quality innovative talent. This paper, based on the concept of interdisciplinary integration,explores innovative talent cultivation models in the field of Materials Science and Engineering at non-" Double First-Class" universities through various aspects, including curiculum design, joint training mechanisms, research platform development, and faculty guidance. Specific practices are discussed,along with improvement suggestions aimed at providing reference for enhancing the quality of graduate education at non-" Double First-Class" universities.

    "Detecting Coordination Number of Silver-Amino Complex Ion" is one of the basic experiments of "Inorganic Chemistry Experiments " in university Based on coordination equilibrium and precipitation dissolution equilibrium, the experiment is a measurement experiment mainly completed by titration experimental operation and coordinate method data processing The experiment is conceived ingeniously and easy to operate, but there are still a number of issues in the process of operation and data treating deserved thinking, such as the selection of titrant type, the determination of the titration endpoint, the water supplement during the experimental process and the data processing at the later stage, etc. According to the consideration and discussion above , students can understand more thoroughly and operate more skillfully in the experiment. Finally, the experimental result will be more accurate.

    In order to further improve the quality of training applied talents in the field of process equipment and control engineering, deepen education and teaching reform, analyze the existing curriculum system, optimize theoretical and practical teaching, actively carry out a new round of curriculum system construction and exploration based on the certification concept and requirements of engineering education, revise talent training objectives and graduation requirement observation points, and then configure the professional curriculum system in reverse according to graduation requirement observation points, forming a modular curriculum system with full coverage of graduation requirements and full integration of ideological and political education, providing reference for the construction of applied talent training plans based on the OBE concept.

     In the the new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has placed employment work in an important position that concerns the overall situation. It emphasizes the need to reasonably expand the capacity of employment positions, improve the effectiveness of employment work, strengthen employment guidance,transform the traditional employment concept of graduates, and guide graduates to work hard in the places where the country needs them the most. Based on the actual work of the employment department in universities,this paper deeply analyzes the prominent problems and causes of the eurrent employment problems of college students, and proposes method suggestions from three dimensions: demand side, supply side, and individual, in order to provide useful references for promoting high-quality and full employment of graduates.

    Ideological and political education plays an indispensably significant role in fostering the establishment of correct values among students. The teaching model of " cultural excavation-research and practice-value leadership" is to be developed, integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the course "Ceramic Structure and Performance" We aim to enhance students learning interest and class participation, thereby realizing the student-centered teaching philosophy and aligning with the overarching principles of ideological and political education. By incorporating cutting-edge research, strengthening experimental teaching, and deepening industry-academia collaboration, the reform aims to enhance students' comprehensive competencies, practical skills, innovative thinking, and global perspective. Findings indicate that the reform optimizes the curriculum, strengthens the competitiveness of bioengineering professionals, and promotes industry innovation and sustainable development.

    This paper aims to explore the application effects and limitations of domestic generative AI tools,
    including “ERNlE Bot” (Baidu),“KIMI,” “DouBao,” and “MiTa AI Search,” in the Japanese teaching of
    Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology Through methods such as questionnaires, classroom observations, analysis
    of students' works, and teacher interviews, combined with practical teaching cases, this study conducts an in-
    depth analysis of the role of these tools in assisting teachers' teaching and students learning processes. The
    results show that domestic generative AI tools have significant advantages in expanding Japanese teaching
    resources, providing personalized learning support, and improving teaching efficiency. However, there are also
    certain limitations, such as the need to improve the accuracy of generated content, lack of in-depth cultural
    understanding, and the need to enhance interactivity. By reasonably utilizing these tools and addressing their
    limitations, we can further promote the development of college Japanese teaching.
