| Research on the Application of Domestic Generative AI in College Japanese Teaching——A Case Study of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology |

Abstract This paper aims to explore the application effects and limitations of domestic generative AI tools,
including “ERNlE Bot” (Baidu),“KIMI,” “DouBao,” and “MiTa AI Search,” in the Japanese teaching of
Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology Through methods such as questionnaires, classroom observations, analysis
of students' works, and teacher interviews, combined with practical teaching cases, this study conducts an in-
depth analysis of the role of these tools in assisting teachers' teaching and students learning processes. The
results show that domestic generative AI tools have significant advantages in expanding Japanese teaching
resources, providing personalized learning support, and improving teaching efficiency. However, there are also
certain limitations, such as the need to improve the accuracy of generated content, lack of in-depth cultural
understanding, and the need to enhance interactivity. By reasonably utilizing these tools and addressing their
limitations, we can further promote the development of college Japanese teaching.
