Engineering training teaching is an important support for the cultivation of talents in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. Combining with the cultivation target of ability, quality and innovative spirit of modern engineering training teaching, the key problem is analyzed and the construction scheme of the engineering practice platform system is also be discussed. Practice teaching is regarded as an important link between classroom teaching and an important way for students to acquire knowledge, improve ability and develop quality, so as to establish a diversified and open engineering practice platform system. The practice shows that the construction of engineering practice platform achieves the goal of cultivating engineering practical talents, and provides platform guarantee and technical support for students to carry out engineering training practice.

At present, the new era of education concepts is constantly iterating, and the demand for applied and innovative talents is increasing. The ARCS motivation model is applied to explore the teaching strategies of college physics experiment courses from three specific teaching aspects: preparation before class, experimental teaching, and assessment and feedback, and to link the teaching scenes inside and outside the classroom with the help of Rain Classroom, with the aim of stimulating students' learning motivation and autonomy, meeting students' differentiated learning needs, and optimizing the teaching quality assessment system, so as to provide a reference for front-line teachers to conduct college physics experiment teaching. The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching strategies of the college physics experiment courses, and to provide a reference for front-line teachers to teach college physics experiment courses, so as to effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of the course.

Taking the experiment of Air Pollution Control Engineering as the carrier, the in-depth research on the "two skins" problem commonly existing in the ideological and political construction of engineering experiment courses is conducted. Through the reform of the experimental teaching content and teaching methods, the breakthrough point is deeply excavated, and the ideological and political elements are imperceptibly integrated into experimental teaching, and the path of ideological and political practice in experimental courses is explored. Through practice, the ideological and political education of the course has achieved the expected results, that is the realization of the educational goal of integrating values shaping, knowledge imparting and ability training, which has provided ideas and methods for the ideological and political reform of practical courses for engineering majors.

In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Ministry of Education issued a notice of "Suspension of classes without suspension of learning". In order to ensure that students can complete their theoretical courses while quarantined at home, colleges and universities across the country have launched an online teaching mode. Taking "Engineering Surveying" as an example, this paper summarizes the course design and implementation at the present stage. While teaching theoretical knowledge, it properly integrates ideological and political elements to truly realize the educational concept of promoting morality and cultivating people. Through the questionnaire survey, the teaching results were evaluated, the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching were comprehensively understood, and the optimization form was given according to the shortcomings of online teaching, so as to provide reference and ideas for the follow-up online teaching.

In the face of the complex, severe and changing epidemic situation, the teaching has changed from offline to online, and from online to online and offline mixed teaching. In view of the change of teaching mode and the actual situation of students, we carefully carry out high-quality teaching design based on the concept of OBE, reasonably design three teaching links before class, during class and after class, appropriately set the difficulty, breadth and depth of the course, and combine professional knowledge of chemical principles with curriculum ideology and politics to make the class more exciting. Measures to achieve substantial equivalence of online and offline learning were explored and practiced, providing reference for the teaching reform of chemical principles in colleges and universities under the post-epidemic background.
