Abstract
Relying on the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" to build first-class majors is an important channel for local engineering colleges to improve their professional characteristics and expand their regional influence. At present, the construction of first-class international economy and trade majors in local application-oriented engineering colleges is facing multiple constraints of rapid development of science and technology, unpredictable external environment and limited development resources. In order to break through these restrictions, majors should adhere to student-oriented, serve local economic development as the goal, and improve professional characteristics as the criterion, and take "four integration" and "three coordination" measures to effectively promote the connotation construction of first-class majors.
