Synthesis and Electrocatalytic Oxygen Evolution Activity of Carbon Supported NiFe Alloy Electrocatalysts

Carbon supported NiFe bimetallic catalyst were prepared by a simple one-step calcination process. And the phase, structure, and morphology of the sample were studied and analyzed through XRD, SEM, and TEM, and a carbon supported nickel iron alloy electrocatalyst was successfully prepared. The effect of different NiFe metal ratios on the oxygen evolution reaction performance of Electrolysed water was further investigated. The oxygen evolution reaction activity of Ni2Fe@NC was the most significant. When the current density of 10mA·cm-2 is reached, the overpotential was 330mV, the Tafel slope was 58.9 mV·dec-1. In addition, we studied the stability of Ni2Fe@NC and tested Ni2Fe@NC catalyst for 10000s continuously by using chronoamperometry, demonstrating its excellent stability.

Simulation of the Separation process for Isopropanol-Isopentanol- Methyl-cyclohexane system by Orthogonal Design

Based on the characteristic analysis of Isopropanol-Isopentanol-Methyl-cyclohexane azeotrope system, the azeotrope separation process was established in combination with the actual working condition of the treated feed liquid. Under the condition of ensuring separation requirements, the main parameters of each tower were determined by single factor optimization using the sensitivity analysis based on the principle of minimum annual total cost. On this basis, the process parameters of T0101 were further optimized by using orthogonal design. The results show that the optimal process parameters under the experimental control index of isopentanol mass fraction are as follows: the number of theoretical stage is 32, the feed position is the 10th stage, and the reflux ratio is 0.9. Under these conditions, the isopentanol mass fraction is 0.9981, which meet the requirements of product separation process.

The geometrical and spectral characteristics of [(tpy)Ru(tHI-X)]2+[(tpy=2,2′:6′,2′′- terpyridine, tHI =2-(4-[2,2′:6′,2′′] terpyridine-4-ylphenyl)-1H phenanthrene [9,10-d]-imidazole, X=none(1), F(2)] complexes were studied by the density functional theory (DFT) method. The geometric configuration of the ground and excited state of the complexes 1 and 2 was optimized by using the B3LYP and UB3LYP functional in the density functional method of Gaussian 09 program, respectively. The absorption and emission spectra of the two molecules in DMSO solution were obtained by combining the polarization continuum model. The calculated results show that the ground state bond lengths and absorption spectrum of complex 1 are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental values, when F-groups are introduced, the H atoms on the F-and N7-H have strong interaction, to generate a new F-H bond. At the TD-DFT and PCM levels, 1-2 give rise to absorptions at 505 and 628 nm and phosphorescent emissions at 713 and 744 nm, respectively. The HOMOs of 1-2 are mainly localized on the tHI ligand, while the LUMOs are the π*(tpy) type orbital. Therefore, the transitions of 1-2 are all attributed to [π(tHI)]→[π*(tpy)] charge transfer. The 3LLCT transition property of the lowest excited state is the main factor leading to the radiation transition.

Application of Ratio Fluorescence Method for Quantitative Analysis of Phosphate in Water

In natural water, phosphorus is an important indicator for evaluating water quality, which could cause excessive growth of algae. In this paper, graphene quantum dots (GGQDs in short) with a maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 424 nm was synthesized by using glutathione and citric acid as a raw material, which has been mixed with CdTe quantum dots (maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 578 nm) to form a ratio fluorescence detection system (GCS in short). Based on the linear relationship between the change of fluorescence intensity (F 424 nm / F 578 nm) and the concentrations of phosphate, a quantitative analysis method for phosphate has been established. The linear range of this method is 15 - 90 μmol/L, the lowest detection limit is 6.66 μmol/L. This method has high sensitivity, selectivity and stability, could be used for detection of phosphate water.

Obstacle-Avoidance Path Planning of Manipulator based on Improved RRT Algorithm

The basic fast random number (RRT) algorithm has some shortcomings, such as randomness, lack of directionality, long path generation time and low efficiency. On this basis, an algorithm based on improved RRT path planning is proposed. Firstly, the target bias strategy is added to the random sampling expansion, so that the growth direction of the random tree tends to the target point, and the target orientation of the sampling is enhanced; Then the node rejection strategy and variable step size strategy are adopted to enhance the convergence speed of the algorithm and the obstacle avoidance effect of the manipulator; Finally, on the basis of improving the convergence conditions, the greedy algorithm is used to remove some redundant nodes, simplify the obstacle avoidance path, and the cubic B-spline curve is used to smooth the generated path, further optimize the path length, and make the generated final path smoother. The improved RRT algorithm, the standard RRT algorithm and the RRT-Connect algorithm are simulated in different environment maps. The comparison of the experimental results shows that the improved RRT algorithm has been improved in planning time, node number, path length and other aspects, and verifies the feasibility and superiority of the improved scheme.

Method of Weed Detection in Maize Field based on Improved YOLOv5s

To address the challenges of inadequate real-time detection and limited accuracy in identifying seedlings and weeds within maize field environments, we propose a novel weed detection method based on an enhanced version of YOLOv5s. Our study focuses on maize seedlings and four commonly found associated weeds. Utilizing YOLOv5s, which integrates detection accuracy and speed, as the foundational model, we incorporate the DCA attention module proposed in this study into the C3 structure of the feature extraction network to augment the model's capacity for expressing features.In the loss function calculation, the EIOU loss function is utilized to quantify positioning loss during model training and optimize both convergence speed and positioning accuracy of the model. Experimental results demonstrate that the enhanced YOLOv5s model achieves a 95.7% mAP@0.5 and an 81.9% mAP@0.5:0.95 on the maize and associated weeds dataset, with a detection frame rate of 61 frames per second, meeting both accuracy and real-time requirements.

Controlling the temperature of the evaporation chamber to maintain stability is the key to the normal operation of the tryptophan evaporation process.In this paper, the basic principles of Dahlin control algorithm are analyzed and studied, the S7-300 PLC system control program based on Dahlin algorithm is designed and written, and the control effect of Dahlin and conventional PID is analyzed by simulation.The results show that compared with the conventional PID controller, the Dahlin control algorithm converges faster and the overshoot is smaller, and the control program has certain engineering application and promotion value.

Aiming at the problem of temperature control in heat exchange stations, based on two-dimensional switching conditions and integral initial value tracking algorithm, a PID-FUZZY dual-mode control strategy is proposed, which combines the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control to realize non-disturbance switching of control variables. Simulation results show that compared with single-loop PID control, this scheme has obvious advantages in terms of speed, accuracy, and anti-interference ability.

Based on the generalized negative binomial thinning operator, a one-dimensional INAR(1) process with random coefficients is constructed, the probabilistic statistical properties of the model are derived, parameter estimation is carried out by least squares estimation, and numerical simulations are performed. Finally, an example application is given and the model is studied in comparison with other models, and the results show that the one-dimensional INAR(1) process with random coefficients based on the generalized negative binomial thinning operator is more applicable for real data.

Research on Fund Rating Based on GA-BP Neural Network

In the Chinese fund market, performance benchmarks and various investment styles make it difficult for investors to identify the merits of fund performance. Fund ratings can map market information to assist investors and regulators in making decisions, and have important reference and monitoring values. This paper used the classic evaluation index of funds to establish a fund rating index system, used the BP neural network to rate the fund, and used the genetic algorithm with excellent nonlinear optimization ability to optimize the initial weight threshold of the BP neural network, and constructed a multi-input GA- BP neural network fund rating model. Experiments showed that the BP neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm could converge faster during training, and was superior to the BP neural network in terms of simulation ability and error level, and could evaluate the fund level more accurately.

Spray Cooling Control based on Model Predictive Control Algorithm

Spray cooling system is widely used, but the existing spray cooling system has some problems, such as low control accuracy, poor resource saving effect, etc. In this paper, by analyzing the droplet evaporation model, the mathematical model of spray cooling system is established, and the spray cooling control based on model predictive control algorithm is designed. In the MATLAB environment, the spray cooling model is simulated by using this algorithm, and the system state, system input and tracking signal are analyzed. The results show that compared with the traditional PID control method, the proposed model predictive control algorithm has better performance in response speed, control accuracy and economic benefits. The research provides a valuable reference for the practical application of spray cooling and improves the control accuracy and efficiency of the system.

Vanadium substituted Keggin-type polyoxometalates [PMo12-xVxO40](3+x)-(X=1, 2, 3, 8) (abbreviated as PMoV) were encapsulated by simple surfactant CTAB forming the surfactant-encapsulated solid catalysts CTAB-PMo12-xVx, which exhibited high activity in oxidation desulfurization. The results showed that CTAB-PMo11V1 could make BT, DBT and its derivatives to be oxidized completely with the conversion of 100% within 6 h. CTAB-PMo11V1 was characterized by IR、XRD and SEM analysis. In addition, various factors affecting the oxidation desulfurization process, the stability of the catalyst and the reaction mechanism were discussed in the model oil.
