Abstract
In order to improve the engineering practice and innovation ability of college students, based on the practical teaching of engineering training, this paper discusses the problems which is to be solved in cultivating students' engineering practice and innovation ability, puts forward to solve these problems and constructs the training system of "1241" engineering practice and innovation ability. The research shows that the establishment of this system provides platform support and condition guarantee for the cultivation of students' engineering practice and innovation ability, and helps the cultivation of applied engineering technical talents in school.
