Study and Practice of "Emerging Engineering Education" Reconstruction for Traditionally Dominant Majors in Local Engineering Colleges

In order to conform to the wave of the fourth industrial revolution, the departments of the national education administration guide the upgrading and transformation of traditionally dominant majors. This paper introduces the reconstruction of the traditional dominant majors in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. Firstly, according to the principle of reverse design, the training goals are established on the basis of internal and external needs and expert discussions. Secondly, according to the OBE concept, a curriculum system which can effectively support graduation requirements with scientific and reasonable structure has been built. The enrollment data in the past three years shows that the Emerging Engineering Education majors after transformation are very popular, and the number and quality of enrollment are satisfactory.

In view of the problems existing in the traditional Organic Chemistry classroom teaching, combined with the "Internet +" information science and technology, the reform and practice of diversified online and offline mixed teaching mode was carried out based on the Super-Star learning platform. This paper explores the application of multiple teaching mode in Organic Chemistry classroom teaching from three main learning stages: before class, during class and after class. After preliminary exploration, the implementation of multiple teaching mode has achieved good teaching effect, which helps students to actively participate in the organic chemistry class, cultivate their logical thinking ability, and improve their ability to apply knowledge to scientific research under the background of new engineering.

Fintech, represented by big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing and other emerging cutting-edge technologies, has promoted the rapid development and reform of the financial industry, and also put forward new requirements for the training of financial talents in Chinese universities. From the perspective of curriculum system construction, teaching staff, and school-enterprise cooperation, the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the current financial science and technology talent training in application-oriented undergraduate universities, and proposes to start with the cultivation of students' thinking, improve the construction of financial science and technology curriculum system, promote the update of teachers' knowledge, and further strengthen the financial talent training model of application-oriented undergraduate universities that integrates schools and enterprises to build training modules.

Research on the Big Data Platform of Student Employment Based on Blockchain

In order to improve the employment rate of students, this study has built a blockchain based big data platform for student employment, and built an exchange environment for mutual trust among enterprises, universities and students. By analyzing the employment status and problems of college graduates in China, and combining the characteristics of blockchain, a big data platform for student employment based on blockchain alliance is established. After that, it describes the operation process of the platform and analyzes the advantages of the platform. The final results show that if blockchain technology can be applied to student employment, it can not only alleviate the employment problem of Chinese college students, but also reasonably adjust human resources, which is conducive to social harmony and stability.

Since China's "14th Five-Year Plan" has listed the breakthrough of key carbon fiber technologies as a key task, Jilin Province has accumulated a good technical foundation, continued to expand the industrial scale, and formed a wide downstream application market of carbon fiber. However, there are still innovation problems in the carbon fiber industry in Jilin Province, such as core technology has not been completely breakthrough, the innovation transformation rate is not high, the great pressure of enterprise innovation investment and the shortage of high-end talents. Learning from the innovation and development experience that Japan relies on alliance, the United States emphasizes foundation, Jiangsu regards private enterprises highly, Jilin province carbon fiber industry should take the development path that strengthen the government's guiding role, consolidate the leading enterprises' innovation subject position, break the technological isolation between enterprises, make clear the industry collaborative innovation development direction.
