Abstract
Listening and evaluating the courses are important methods and ways of teaching quality monitoring and teaching research in local colleges and universities. Due to various reasons, now listening and evaluating the courses has appeared to be a form like chicken ribs in some local colleges and universities. Because of the lag of the teaching management concept and management method, they are difficult to play its due role. Only by changing the bias towards scientific research rather than on teaching, and promoting the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research, can the method of listening and evaluating the courses be rejuvenated and the effectiveness of teaching quality monitoring be improved.
