Taking the construction programs and texts of 16 high-level colleges and universities with characteristics in Jilin Province as the research objects, a quantitative text analysis was made by taking the methods of keyword frequency statistical analysis, co-word analysis and social network analysis to explore the main content and general path and reveal the main problems faced by the colleges and universities. In the end, some countermeasures for the construction of high-level universities are put forward for reference.
