工程教育认证背景下的食品科学与工程专业实验教学改革探索

摘要 

结合传统实验教学过程中出现的问题及工程教育专业认证背景下的要求,探讨食品科学与工程专业实验教学的改革。提出改革实验教学内容,创新实验教学模式,改革实验考核方式等教学改革措施。通过实验教学改革,提高了学生的动手能力、科研能力及综合素质,促进工程人才的培养。

Abstract: 

The reform of experimental teaching of food science and engineering is discussed in this paper by analyzing the problems in the traditional experimental teaching process and the requirements of the engineering education accreditation. Then reforms of experimental teaching content, innovative experimental teaching mode, experimental assessment methods and other teaching measures are proposed and practiced. The result shows that students' practice ability, scientific research ability and comprehensive quality have been improved and the cultivation of engineering talents has been promoted.
