摘要 中华优秀传统文化丰富的内涵为高职院校开展思想政治教育提供了宝贵资源,对于帮助青年学生塑造人格、提升内涵具有十分重要的作用。通过转变教育观念,促进全面发展;加强顶层设计,全面系统谋划;构建长效机制,形成工作合力;建强教师队伍,提升综合素养;线上线下联动,统筹各类资源等途径,找到中华优秀传统文化融入高职院校思想政治教育工作的契合点,提升育人时效性。

Abstract: The rich connotation of China's outstanding traditional culture provides valuable resources for higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education, and plays a very important role in helping young students shape their personality and enhance their quality. The results of the study shows that to promote all-round development by changing educational concepts, strengthen the top-level design and comprehensive system planning, build a long-term mechanism to form a joint effort, strengthen the teaching staff to improve their comprehensive quality, link online with offline resources to coordinate all kinds of resources are ways to find the convergence point of integrating China's outstanding traditional culture into ideological andpolitical education in higher vocational colleges and are helpful to improve the efficiency of educating people.
