高校青年教师思想政治教育创新路径的探析

摘要 基于新形势下高校青年教师队伍建设的实际需要,认真分析了高校青年教师思想政治教育工作的当前状况。从完善青年教师思想政治工作机制、找准高校青年教师思想政治教育等四个着力点,提出了立德树人视阈下高校青年教师思想政治教育工作的新路径,以期为高校青年教师队伍建设提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Based on the actual needs of the team construction of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new situation, the current situation of the ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities was analyzed. To improve the mechanism and find the four focus points of ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities, a new path of ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of fostering virtue through education was put forward in this paper. It also provides some reference for the team construction of young teachers in colleges and universities.
