摘要 在数字技术飞速发展的今天,高等教育领域正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。数字技术正影响着教育领域中的全要素、全业务及全流程,因此,高等教育国际交流作为重要的发展环节,也受到了数字技术的影响。本研究首先分析了高校在地国际化的概念及演进,把握了高等教育在地国际化的时代内涵与特征,深入分析了教育数字化与在地国际化的协同发展,最后从顶层设计、数字化校园建设;教育方式方法改革、人才培养与课程设计改革等几方面揭示了数字技术赋能的高校在地国际化发展路径。通过该研究,能够更好地理解数字技术对高校在地国际化的影响,并为高校制定智能化国际化战略提供有益启示。

Abstract:  With the rapid development of digital technology, the field of higher education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Internationalization development, as an important development aspect of higher education, has also been affected by digital technology. This study first analyzes the concept and evolution of internationalization of universities in the local area, grasps the connotation and characteristics of internationalization of higher education in the local area, and deeply analyzes the coordinated development of education digitization and internationalization in the local area. Finally, it analyzes the top-level design and digital campus construction, the reform of educational methods, talent cultivation and curriculum design and revealed the path of internationalization of universities empowered by digital technology. The study enables a better understanding of the impact of digital technology on the internationalization of universities and provides useful insights into developing intelligent internationalization strategies for the universities.
