数字转型背景下地方工科院校劳动教育的逻辑遵循与实践路径

摘要 

数字技术的发展使地方工科院校劳动教育范式向数字化、智能化转变。地方工科院校劳动教育应主动适应数字化变革带来的新机遇、新挑战,准确识变,锚定数字化劳动教育的发展诉求,打造劳动育人、技术强人新样态;积极应变,把准数字化劳动教育的逻辑遵循,达成知识传授与价值引领新共识;主动求变,驾驭数字化劳动教育的实践路径,实现智能转型与融合发展新探索,以推动劳动教育创新发展。

Abstract: 

The development of digital technology has made the form of Labor education transformed towards digitization and intelligence in local engineering colleges. Local engineering colleges should actively adapt to the new opportunities and challenges brought by digital transformation, to identify changes accurately, anchor the development demands of digital labor education, create a new pattern about labor education and technological strengthen; to react to changes actively, follow the logical agreement of digital labor education, reach a new consensus on knowledge transmission and value guidance; to seek changes positively, navigate the practical path of digital labor education, achieve new exploration of intelligent transformation and integrated development, in order to promote the innovative development of labor education.
