摘要 随着数字技术的飞速发展,教育领域正迎来一场数字化转型的浪潮。培养具备良好数字素养的教师已经成为教育改革的当务之急。运用TOE(Technology Organization Environment)探讨高校教师数字素养的影响因素,并分别针对技术、组织和环境这三个核心观点提出了教师数字素养的提升策略。为高校教师数字素养的提升提供了理论支持和实践启示,为构建全面促进系统奠定了基础。

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology, the education sector is witnessing a wave of digital transformation. Cultivating teachers with good digital literacy has become an urgent task in education reform. TOE (Technology Organization Environment) is used to explore the influencing factors of digital literacy of university teachers, and strategies for improving teachers' digital literacy are proposed for the three core perspectives of technology, organization and environment respectively. This paper provides theoretical support and practical insights for the enhancement of college teachers' digital literacy, and lays the foundation for the construction of a comprehensive promotion system.
