大学生就业影响因素分析及对策研究

摘要高校毕业生就业形势由于现今大众化的高等教育而日趋严峻，经济转型对人力资源需求提出新
要求，就业问题日益成为社会关注的热点。笔者以“大学生就业”问题为研究切入点，对影响当前大学
生就业的主要因素进行了分析，探究其成因，进而提出解决大学生就业问题的相应对策。

Abstract: Graduates employment situation， due to the popularization of higher education， has become
increasingly serious．At the same time，the economic transformation put forward new requirements for demand of
human resource， which made the employment problem a hot social concern． The author analyzes the main
factors affecting the college students’employment on the basis of the research on “graduates’employment”
and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems in university students’employment．
