Abstract: The deep integration of modern educational technology characterized by digitalization and intelligence with ideological and political education in courses is becoming the main direction of the development of ideological and political education in the new era. Colleges and universities should follow the technical logic of empowering ideological and political education in college courses with modern educational means, give full play to the advantages of modern educational technology, promote the coordinated development of "knowledge imparting" and "value guidance". At the same time, we should face up to and summarize the risks and changes brought by new media and other new technologies to ideological and political education in courses, monitor students' attitudes towards ideological and political content, explore the future direction of ideological and political education, ensure that technological advantages support the development of ideological and political education, and promote the quality of ideological and political education.
