Abstract: Party building and employment work are both important tasks in colleges and universities. China has advanced from a manufacturing giant to a manufacturing power. Against this backdrop, promoting high-quality and full employment of graduates from local engineering colleges is of great significance. The School of Petrochemical Engineering of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has implemented a work strategy of Party building leading employment, actively exploring paths for high-quality and full employment of graduates, and formed a good working pattern of full participation, whole-process guidance, and all-round attention.
