The integrated development of moral and political education in primary, secondary, and higher education is the fundamental principle for fostering well-rounded individuals and is an inherent requirement and inevitable trend in the development of moral and political education. This paper focuses on the key measures of promoting moral and political education through disciplinary resources, seeking intercommunication through shared platforms, and ensuring the effective connection of moral and political education content across different educational stages. It analyzes the system framework of integrated moral and political education in primary, secondary, and higher education from the perspectives of mechanism guarantee, curriculum and teaching, faculty team, and curriculum evaluation. Furthermore, it explores the system construction and practical path of integrated moral and political education, providing positive recommendations for coordinating the dynamic relationships in constructing moral and political education courses for students in different educational stages and harnessing the effectiveness of integrated education.

Integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of basic courses is not only an urgent need to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talent, but also an inevitable choice to play the main role of classroom education. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current status of "emphasizing knowledge over ideological and political education" in university basic course classrooms and provides suggestions. Then, combined with teaching practice, it discusses teaching cases of ideological and political education in the "Mathematical Analysis" course from three perspectives: "using classical theories to stimulate learning interest, using frontier knowledge to cultivate an exploratory spirit, and using applied knowledge to cultivate a patriotic ideal," providing valuable reference for teachers' lectures.

Based on the feedback of "three deficiencies" and "three deficiencies" in traditional curriculum teaching, combining with the actual situation of the construction and development of a high-level application-oriented university with characteristics of our university, the teaching innovation research and practice of Engineering Contract Management course is carried out based on the cross-disciplinary characteristics of engineering management major and guided by vocational qualification examination. By several rounds of practice and exploration, good teaching reform effects and results have been achieved, and the problems reflected in the course teaching have been effectively solved, and the curriculum model has been promoted and applied to engineering management major involving other courses of construction engineering vocational qualification examination.
