The integrated development of moral and political education in primary, secondary, and higher education is the fundamental principle for fostering well-rounded individuals and is an inherent requirement and inevitable trend in the development of moral and political education. This paper focuses on the key measures of promoting moral and political education through disciplinary resources, seeking intercommunication through shared platforms, and ensuring the effective connection of moral and political education content across different educational stages. It analyzes the system framework of integrated moral and political education in primary, secondary, and higher education from the perspectives of mechanism guarantee, curriculum and teaching, faculty team, and curriculum evaluation. Furthermore, it explores the system construction and practical path of integrated moral and political education, providing positive recommendations for coordinating the dynamic relationships in constructing moral and political education courses for students in different educational stages and harnessing the effectiveness of integrated education.

The traditional teaching methods of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities must be reformed. The introduction of experimental teaching can enable students to improve their thinking mechanism, construct their thinking methods, and enhance their speculative abilities. Integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of basic courses is not only an urgent need to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talent, but also an inevitable choice to play the main role of classroom education. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current status of "emphasizing knowledge over ideological and political education" in university basic course classrooms and provides suggestions. Then, combined with teaching practice, it discusses teaching cases of ideological and political education in the "Mathematical Analysis" course from three perspectives: "using classical theories to stimulate learning interest, using frontier knowledge to cultivate an exploratory spirit, and using applied knowledge to cultivate a patriotic ideal," providing valuable reference for teachers' lectures.

Application-oriented undergraduate colleges shoulder the important responsibility of training engineering talents. At present, there is still a shortage of talents in computer science and technology. Therefore, it is imperative to explore a new model of professional practice teaching with innovation and entrepreneurship as the target of talent training. To explore strengthening practical training from the perspective of service innovation and entrepreneurship, the specific content includes two aspects. On the one hand, to mobilize the students' self-entrepreneurship consciousness and implement the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship quality in combination with industry-university cooperation engineering projects; The second aspect is to combine the construction of new engineering and rely on discipline competition to improve the practical curriculum system and enhance students' innovative consciousness.

The construction of new liberal arts and the new era background of "integration of production and education" have put forward new requirements for the training of applied talents in digital technology majors. "Engineering Quality Accident Analysis" is one of the most important professional courses in civil engineering. with a strong theoretical and practical orientation, which is the cornerstone of learning subsequent professional courses. Based on the "student-centered" educational concept, this article explores the teaching content, teaching mode, and organization of teaching activities, and proposes a teaching reform idea for the "Analysis of Engineering Quality Accidents" course, in order to improve teaching quality and promote the course reform and construction, and achieving better teaching effect.

Based on the feedback of "three deficiencies" and "three deficiencies" in traditional curriculum teaching, combining with the actual situation of the construction and development of a high-level application-oriented university with characteristics of our university, the teaching innovation research and practice of Engineering Contract Management course is carried out based on the cross-disciplinary characteristics of engineering management major and guided by vocational qualification examination. By several rounds of practice and exploration, good teaching reform effects and results have been achieved, and the problems reflected in the course teaching have been effectively solved, and the curriculum model has been promoted and applied to engineering management major involving other courses of construction engineering vocational qualification examination.

Under the background of "Three Integrity Eeducation", various aviation universities are vigorously carrying out curriculum ideological and political reform. According to the characteristics of undergraduate aviation professional courses, we set up curriculum ideological and political teaching teams, to learn curriculum ideological and political experience, constantly explore ideological and political elements, actively explore the integration of ideological and political elements into professional courses, and promote curriculum ideological and political construction at different levels. Guided by the model curriculum, the teaching reform and practice are carried out from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching design to improve the ideological and political education effect of undergraduate aviation courses.

The article analyzes the low-voltage control circuit experiment for special operations of new energy vehicles, laying a solid foundation for improving students' electrical maintenance ability of new energy vehicles.

Based on the theory of high-level echelons, this article selects A-share listed chemical companies from 2017 to 2020 as samples to examine the relationship between the characteristics of senior management teams in chemical companies and corporate performance, as well as the moderating effect of corporate environmental information disclosure. The research results indicate that there is a significant negative correlation between the average tenure of senior management teams in chemical enterprises, the proportion of female executives, and corporate performance. The disclosure of environmental information in chemical enterprises significantly weakens the negative correlation between executive team characteristics and corporate performance.
