Based on the needs for social talents and recruitment drives， this paper summarized the training
mode of applied pharmaceutical talents in ordinary engineering colleges by means of literature research，action
research and experience summarization methods．The combination of higher pharmaceutical education and social
demand and occupation drives is beneficial to the establishment of the training mode of pharmaceutical talents
and the improvement of the quality of the talents training．

The engineering education professional accreditation is an important approach to elevate the quality
of engineering education in the university， to promote the reform of the engineering education system and to
elevate the quality of engineer talents training．The practice teaching of Pharmaceutical Engineering plays the
important role in the training of the students’practical ability．This paper discusses the practice teaching reform
of pharmaceutical engineering，based on the core ideology and graduation requirement of engineering education
professional accreditation as well as the problems in the experimental course system， production practice，
curriculum design and graduation design，aiming to provide a reference for the elevation of the talent training of
Pharmaceutical Engineering．

The conception and function of course assessment in colleges and universities are defined at first．
Then the present situation and existing problems of current assessment mode are analyzed in detail， and the
reform scheme emphasizing process control and diversification of course assessment is proposed， based on
which，course assessment mode based on formative evaluation and information entropy theory is established．The
assessment mode is applied in the course assessment of “Bridge Engineering”in Tongji Zhejiang College，
whose result is compared with that of the traditional assessment mode and the result proves the rationality of the
new mode discussed in this paper．

The emerging engineering education is the important content of the current higher education reform．
In order to establish a new engineering education，the local colleges and universities should break the theology
of traditional education， integrate the traditional education modes， make clear the new target of talent training
and adapt to the new requirements of economic development．This paper discusses the backgrounds of the new
engineering construction and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to strengthen the students’
“creation-innovation-entrepreneurship”ability from the following aspects: optimization of the training mode，
reform of the teaching methods and strengthening of the practice teaching， which is supposed to provide new
ideas for the talents training and students’employment of the local colleges and universities．

With the rapid development of economy and society， the globalization is increasingly perfect， the
world economy system is developing deeply， university and college play a more and more important role in
promoting economic development．The article mainly studies and explores the countermeasures and suggestions
of the internal governance system of local engineering colleges from the perspective of organizational culture，
and lays the foundation for the construction of university governance system with local characteristics．

Teaching and research are two basic functions and important tasks for colleges and universities．The
promoting and restricting relations between them has always been focused and talked about． The research is
based on the training target of engineering application talents， focused on improving the students’practice
ability and innovation spirit on the basis of the engineering professional teachers’scientific research projects．
The teachers’scientific research project was combined with the specific teaching of water supply and drainage
science and engineering，which was explored and practiced in this paper．

 To acquire scientific and technological knowledge with efficiency and to sublimate the ideals in
constant disillusion and acquisition is of far-reaching significance and great value for the accomplishment of
undergraduates’education and the requirement of Chinese revitalization． In term of study， it is necessary to
cultivate the college students’interests in learning and stimulate their initiatives in exploration，to guide them
to strengthen their conviction and go ahead without retreats; to encourage them to intensify their consciousness
of innovation and creation．

As far as today’s Chinese literary creation is concerned，no matter we are thinking about a way out
for its own development，or trying to open up a“new era”，we can not ignore the fact that Chinese elements are
always used in literary creation．However， in the global context of cultural diversity， Chinese literature can not
be truly“behind the closed door”．So， in a global multicultural environment， as the Chinese literary creation
sticks to the inherent qualities of the Chinese literature， it should also intake more beneficial elements of
Western literature to realize fusion，which will not only infuse new kernel for Chinese literary creation，but also
explore a new way to develop Chinese literature．

Taking Anhui Province as an example，through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics
of regional economic development at present，from the perspective of regional economic development，the paper
analyzes the demand of business English talents in the development of export-oriented economy， explores the
dynamic relationship between export-oriented enterprises demand and business English talents training， and
puts forward the innovative market-oriented cultivation mode of the business English talents， aiming at
cultivating business English talents with high quality and serving the regional economic development in Anhui．

The paper analyzes the Comprehensible Input ( CI) in TPRS ( Teaching Proficiency through
Reading and Storytelling or TPRS) ．In this article，the topic is discussed in several aspects which includes the
introduction of TPRS and CI， how do TPRS teachers do CI， how to deal with different tense in CI， the
connection between CI and personalized questions and answers ( PQA) ，the connection between CI and output，
the connection between CI and writing， the connection between CI and circling and how could teacher do
comprehension checks in TPRS classrooms．

A market survey shows that there is an increasing social demand for inter-disciplinary talents，which
requires the college students’comprehensive language ability be the focus of teaching reform．The primary task
of English department is to help the students to master English skills， to improve teaching system， to reform
teaching design and to adopt flexible teaching methods， which is supposed to improve the students’
comprehensive abilities．

The measures taken to cultivate media literacy in the College English reading class are expounded in
the paper．College English teachers can make use of various medium means and thinking elements， correlate
textual media information and connect discourse teaching so as to excite students’cognitive motivations，
develop their discrimination power，mobilize them to participate in the real textual communication and improve
their linguistic learning effect and cultural cognition．The significance，contents and specific steps for developing
media literacy ability are described and explained． It is proposed that media literacy should be one of the
teaching methods for teachers， the exploring leaning way for students， the critical thinking， and the lifelong
beneficial way for conducting oneself well，self-monitoring and self-assessment for students．

The postgraduates’academic misconducts will damage the fame of the college and degrade the
graduates’quality， at the same time， it will damage the seriousness of academic activities and hinder the
progress of science development． It is urgent for the universities， the cradle of cultivating talents， to take
effective measures to reduce academic misconducts and establish scientific and serious academic circumstance
to support the well development of academic research．This paper aim at sorting out the common misconducts in
universities so as to reveal the harmful effects caused by academic misconducts and it analyzes the causes of
different types of academic misconducts and proposes some countermeasures．

Using the methods of investigation and questionnaire survey， this research analyzed the current
situation of the postgraduates’scientific research in Jilin．The conclusion is drawn as follows: excessive teaching
time; short of research time; insufficient communication between students and mentors; inadequate research
capability of postgraduates’and lack of research passion．Based on the above， this paper puts forward three
suggestions to cultivate the postgraduates’scientific research ability: to optimize course system， to improve
mentor team building，and to enhance academic exchange．

This paper aims to introduce the enterprise’s production environment， management methods，
production processes， job standards and norms into the NC car training workshop by setting up “simulation
CNC machining workshop”platform． Using six steps based on work process ( information， planning， decision
making，implementation，inspection，evaluation) in the teaching of the“CNC Turning of Parts”course with the
aim of helping the students know the production environment and tasks in CNC machining workshop and the
enterprises’management methods and evaluation standards， which is supposed to lay a solid foundation for
students’internship．And it is hopefully to provide reference for the integration of theoretical and practical
teaching of other professional courses．

Limit Coordination and Technical Gauging is a basic course which has an important position in the
mechanical majors of higher vocational colleges， it contains abstract theories and has strong practicality． The
teaching status and problems of this course are analyzed in this paper，and according to its characteristics， the
teaching contents of the course are comprehensively changed and the teaching method is improved．The project－
based teaching model which embodies the integration of teaching，learning，doing and commenting has been put
forward with the purpose of integrating theoretical teaching into practice to achieve the physical and mental

important link in training personnel of comprehensive ability and high quality．Since the characteristics of our

situation of our training center， we establish a teaching platform with characteristics of aviation manufacturing
so as to cultivate interdisciplinary talents．At the same time，we hope to provide reference for other universities．

With the increase of China’international influence and the spread of Chinese rejuvenation dream，
to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture and to design tactics of promoting Chinese culture have become
urgent tasks for Chinese． Since the inheritance and popularization of Chinese traditional sports are important
ways of spreading Chinese traditional culture and enhancing the influence of culture， as an important part of

new direction for embedded subject service．This paper analyzes the problems in the service，the positive role of
Living Library and the status quo of this new service mode， and then proposes an optimized scheme based on
Living Library with the aim of achieving better service effect．

With the birth of WeChat and the increase of its user groups， WeChat business， as a new type of
shopping model took shape． It combines ecological mobility with social activities to achieve the sharing of
goods， acquaintance recommendation and friends circle display．Compared with the traditional e－business，it is
easy for WeChat business to get the right user groups and interconnected data．Therefore， in order to meet the
WeChat sellers’demand for the conversion of massive data into useful information in the big data era， this
paper collects the data about WeChat users’behavior based on this social platform and used SPSS to analyze
the data with the aim of developing the users’shopping interest and realizing the personalized recommendation
service．

 In recent years， venture capital whose investment scale and amount was on the rise has been
developing well in our country， and the capital market structure improved gradually， but it is still difficult for
venture capital industry to get further development．In this context，this paper introduces the venture capital and
its withdrawal and analyzes the exit mechanism of the venture capital investment in China． In addition， the
author collected the latest data in this industry，analyzed the characteristics of the venture capital and problems
in exit mechanism in China and put forward some suggestions so as to improve the current venture capital
withdrawal environment and promote the development of venture capital industry in China．

Budget management，for the education sector， the non-profit organization， can only control the total
amount of funds due to the direct constraint of market competition and it could not allocate resources
effectively．After studying the current domestic and foreign scholars’research on the budget of the education
department，this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the financial budget management and puts
forward some ideas in the budget management of colleges and universities．

Since the attacks on September 11， 2001， the Central Intelligence Agency ( CIA ) and the
Department of Defense ( DoD) have targeted numerous leaders of al-Qaida ( AQ ) and the Taliban via
unmanned aerial vehicles ( UAVs) ，commonly referred to as“drones”．UAVs are largely used to war on terror，
whose legality has been controversial in the world． UAVs are unique weapon systems， which have raised
efficiency of anti-terrorist operation and reduced death toll of the US troops． But collateral effects include
civilian deaths from the strikes on the intended targets． This paper will argue that how the United States
currently strictly adherence to the International Human Ｒights Law， International Humanitarian Law and other
relevant International Laws．
