    Study on Pyrolysis Kinetics of Oil Shale Underground in Situ   Collect

    Based on the oil shale in Huadian mining in situ underground, under the condition of near critical
    water to make oil shale pyrolysised, it is found that different extraction time influences the activation energy and
    the extraction yield, and different extraction temperature affects extraction yield.The study of kinetics model of
    oil shale pyrolysis in situ shows that the optimal conditions for the shale oil extraction are the near-critical water extraction temperature about 360 ℃ , as well as the extraction time more than 40 h.

    Using solid catalyst to catalyze the reaction of trimethylolpropane and acetone, we study on the
    effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,dosage of catalyst and catalyst carrier of acid on the reaction.And
    we get the optimum reaction conditions: catalyst supported acid is 50%, the reaction time is 6 h and the
    amount of catalyst is 20% of total quality raw materials.The reaction product is characterized by IR spectra and
    the reaction conversion rate can reach 98.3%.

    The CTC conversion in the process of CSM production size ( in consumption meter) as well as the
    main point of divergence of CTC emissions was determined.The results showed that the total consumption level
    determination of CTC,chloroform consumption level and mixed solvent consumption level are 89.4 kg /t-CSM,
    90.64 kg /t-CSM and 180.04 kg /t-CSM,respectively.At the same time,some of the CTC convert into the other
    non ODS material through the chemical reaction.

    The gas production has a great relationship with temperature in Biogas fermentation process. An
    optimum temperature is the necessary factor to ensure that the raw material in the fermentation tank microbes
    can form stable dominant population and to improve gas production.Through analyze the temperature field of
    fermentation tank used ANSYS can get the temperature of bottom, roof and the whole tank along the cross
    section temperature distribution of tank wall, obtain the roof diffusion rate is the largest, second is the whole
    tank,and the tank bottom is the minimum.If just consider the perspective of heat,the heat dissipating capacity
    from high to low in turn is the whole tank, roof and the tank bottom., It is a better guide that the analytical
    results compared with the theoretical calculation and combination in practical application.

    This paper developed a new type of hexapod robot using self-developed flexible space bending joints
    which can not only move from side to side or back and forth but also rotate. The shape of the body, leg
    structure,motion principle and walking gait of the flexible joint six legged robot are studied.The test bed was
    set up,and the rationality of the robot gait was verified by means of high-speed video and other experimental
    methods.For pneumatic flexible joint six-legged robot application in practice, provides the basis of theory and
    practice.

    Open laboratory is an important implementation of innovation ability cultivating mode.According to
    the practice in electrical engineering and automation of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, a circuit
    simulation design method of Simpowersystem in open laboratory construct system is proposed in this paper.The
    teaching content of basic verification, comprehensive design and innovation professional research is
    implemented respectively by open laboratory simulation platform, and the correctness and expansibility of
    hierarchical independent study content is tested and analyzed by forms of multiple simulation.According to the
    nearly two years examination paper result analysis,vivid and intuitive open simulation platform can effectively
    improve students’understanding of knowledge, cultivate the consciousness of innovation, and improve the
    overall teaching effect.

    Through the water quality analysis and comprehensive evaluation analysis, the water quality of
    Luoma Lake,including BOD5, TN, TP and Chla, was some difference of the regional water quality pollution
    degree, overall pollution reached Ⅴ class water quality, belongs to the nutrition of lake eutrophication state
    level.According to the results of sample analysis, combined with the surroundings, control measures of Luoma
    Lake water body eutrophication and relevant suggestions to improve the countermeasures are put forward.

    To compare the X-rays of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B9, B12 and C, and to explore the identification of
    the above vitamins by X-ray diffraction.Experiments were carried out using domestic X-ray diffraction ( XRD) .
    The data was processed using MS Modeling software and Sam4wine software. By comparing the above six
    vitamins with X-ray diffraction we can see that diffraction intensity from strong to weak order followed by
    vitamin C,B2,B3, B9, B12, and B1.Vitamin C has a strong XRD phenomenon.XRD method can be used to
    identify vitamins,especially for vitamin C in the quality control of proprietary Chinese medicines.

    ( Ba1-xMgx) TiO3 and Ba(Ti1-xMgx)O3-x(x = 0.015) ceramics were prepared by the solid-state
    reaction method at a sintering temperature of Ts = 1400 ℃ . Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) was
    employed as a key technique to study the point defects of ceramics. The results show that BMT ceramic
    exhibited the mixed phases of hexagonal and pseudo cubic perovskite structures, BTM ceramic exhibited the
    mixed phases of hexagonal and tetragonal perovskite structures.An EPR signal at g = 1.956,which is associated
    with oxygen-vacancy defects,was detected in the rhombohedral phase below T = -100 ℃ .Three types of point
    defects of Ba,Ti,O vacancies could coexist in ceramics.

    The site occupations of Tm3+ ions in the BaTiO3 lattice has always been a controversial problem.For
    ceramics prepared according to the nominal formula
    ( Ba1-x Tmx ) Ti1-x/4 O3 ( BTmT) and Ba ( Ti1-x Tmx ) O3
    ( BTTm) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and electron paramagnetic resonance ( EPR) techniques were used to
    identify the site occupations of Tm
    3+ ions in the BaTiO3 lattice.The results indicated that the position of Tm3+ in
    BaTiO
    3 lattice is related to Ba /Ti ratio.In the case of Ba /Ti>1Tm3+ ions are basically insoluble in BaTiO3
    lattice.When Ba /Ti<1the solubility limit of Tm3+ ions at the Ba-sites in BTmT ceramics is x = 0.02and these
    ceramics exhibited a tetragonal perovskite structure. a conclusion can be drawn by comparing the volume of
    crystal packages that Tm
    3+ ions showed the amphoteric behavior that occupied Ba sites and Ti sites.

    Ba(Ti1-xMnx) O3 ceramics were prepared for x = 0.060.070.08 and 0.09 using a cold -pressing
    ceramic technique. The crystal structure and microstructure of Ba
    (Ti1-xMnx) O3 ceramics were investigated
    using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The XRD results showed that Ba
    (Ti1-x Mnx)O3
    exhibited a hexagonal structure as x0.06and Jahn-Teller distortion caused by the was a driving force for the
    hexagonal phase.Columnar grain morphology observed was assigned to the hexagonal phase.

    In this paper, BaWO4: Yb3+, Tm3+ powder with ideal luminescence properties was synthesized by
    hydrothermal method.The effects of doping ratios on synthesis were studied.The best preparation process was
    determined.The products are characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results
    indicate that Yb3+-Tm3+ co-doped BaWO4 is tetragonal crystal system,the particle size ranged from 25 to 40 nm
    and dispersed uniformly.The spectrum was measured with Hitachi F - 4500 spectrophotometer under 980 nm
    diode laser excitation. The results are as follows: The emission peaking of BaWO4: Yb3+, Tm3+ nanocrystal
    located at 457, 478 and 650 nm corresponding to 1D23F41G43H6 and 1G43F4 transitions of Tm3+
    respectively.The results show that the luminous intensity is best when concentration ratio of Yb3+ /Tm3+ is 7 1,
    and the pertinent up-conversion mechanism model of the sample were proposed.

    By wet digestion procedure with HClO4/HNO3 to high pressure tank samples, we used inductively
    coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES) to direct determine 14 kinds of trace elements of
    Changbai mountain lime tree pollen, including K, Mg, Ca, Ba, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Al, Se, Sr, Cd, Cr and Pb.
    Experimental conditions were optimized throughor thogonal experiments and their variance analysis. The
    standard addition recovery of the method was between 95.8% ~ 106%, and the relative standard deviation was
    less than 2.14%.The results showed that the Changbai mountain lime tree pollen powder contained a lot of K,
    Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn, and other trace elements.The method had high sensitivity, accuracy and precision.The result
    was satisfactory.

    Salicylic aldehyde is irritating for the respiratory tract, when inhaled it can cause cough, chest
    tightness and other symptoms.We designed a fluorescent probe --silver nanoclusters protected by polyethylene
    amines ( AgNCs@ PEI) .Basing on the formation of the Schiff base between salicylic aldehyde and AgNCs@
    PEI,it can quench the fluorescence probe to achieve the detection of salicylic aldehyde. This fluorescence
    probe has good selectivity toward salicylic aldehyde and a good linear relationship between 100 and 500 μM
    ( R2 = 0.991 8) .A detection limit of salicylic aldehyde is 0.32 μM by this probe.

    Failure Analysis and Preventive Measures of Emergency Valve In a Certain Type of Aircraft   Collect

    In order to study the frequent failures of a series of aircraft: when the flaps are in the down
    position,press the“Close”button, the flap retracts slowly, accompanied by the phenomenon of oil leakage in
    the cold gas port of emergency valve.The principle of aircraft flap is analyzed, and the emergency valve was
    tested by air pressure experiment and hydraulic pressure experiment.The test results show that the emergency
    valve works well and there is no air leakage,oil leakage and oil seepage during the test.The cause of the failure
    may be: the flaps are in the down position, do not press the “restore”button, press the “close”button
    directly; the attachment has been used for a long time, the contact gap between the conical end of the piston
    and the emergency valve port has become large, resulting in the oil seepage. The experimental pressure was
    higher than normal working condition,so no seepage is observed during the test.The oil contains impurities that
    sandwiched between the conical end and the cold air port,causing the gap between the two,leading to the oil
    seepage.
