There are many problems in the four-tank system, such as the model's uncertainty, slow dynamic performance,and serious coupling.Aiming at these problems, this thesis designs a fractional-order sliding mode control algorithm to control the water tank's liquid level. Specifically, the traditional integer-order sliding mode surface and the approaching rate are improved to obtain a fractional-order sliding mode surface and approaching rate with more flexible control effects. Moreover, Lyapunov Theory is applied to theoretically analyze the asymptotic stability conditions, application range, and characteristics of the fractional sliding mode controller, and the algorithm design method is proposed. Through the comparison with the fractional PID controller, the simulation experiment reveals that the fractional sliding mode controller possesses good dynamic performance for the expected value of the given liquid level, can effectively reduces the overshoot in the control process, and has good robustness to the perturbation of system parameters.

In order to effectively improve the operability and scalability of wearable device users, a low-cost wearable system devices based on multiple sensors and supporting cloud services is designed. Each node of the system consists of 5 sensors and a micro-controller Arduino Uno. The device in this paper includes microcontroller Arduino uno and five sensors, which are heart rate sensor, respiratory sensor, stress anxiety sensor, body temperature sensor and blood glucose sensor. Body attribute data monitored by the sensors is sent to the application in real time through MQTT protocol. These data are stored in the cloud for communication between doctors and patients. The most important feature of the proposed system design is the effective combination of cloud computing and wearable technology, which can achieve the monitoring and management of the patient's health status, and the operation is simple and convenient, the operability is strong. At the same time, the software and hardware of the system is feasible, which has the advantages of low cost and large area popularization.

Use statistical measurement methods to obtain athletes’ physiological parameters, and calculate matching factors to match athletes’ physiological parameters with those of the simulated human; determine the simulated human’s joint rotation, rotation angle, running step length, pace, pace and speed on the simulation platform Athletes are consistent, calibrate the motion posture of the simulated person; substitute the calibrated motion posture data into the simulation platform, and use the images reflected between frames to form a continuous virtual animation of athlete running training, analyze the athlete's running training, and define the athlete's running training intensity. The experimental results show that under the same experimental parameters, the consistency between the simulation results and the real running motion model of the human body is detected. It is concluded that the proposed method can accurately simulate the athlete's running posture, with high visibility and short simulation time, which is consistent with the actual running movement of the athlete. The results are consistent, the simulation effect is good, and it can provide some help for supervising the athletes' running training process.

In the conventional oscillation fault diagnosis system, the noise of the collected oscillation signal is large, which leads to the low confidence of the fault category. In order to solve this problem, a fault diagnosis system for oil film oscillation of steam turbine based on cogeneration is proposed. Coupled with cogeneration production mode, the redundant exhaust steam of circulating steam turbine unit is used to increase the power generation of the system to complete the hardware design; the wavelet packet de-noising algorithm is used to eliminate the collected oscillation signal noise, decompose each time and frequency band of the signal, sort the time domain sub signal energy value in the frequency band, form the fault signal eigenvector, input the neural network, and output the oscillation fault after training The diagnosis mode completes the software design. The oil film oscillation signals under the conditions of full load, minimum load and noise are collected, and the comparative experiments are set. The results show that the designed system improves the reliability of fault diagnosis, and the fault diagnosis results are more accurate and reliable.

A four claw welding fixture is designed by CATIA software. The device is mainly composed of clamping mechanism and indexing mechanism. The model is imported into ADAMS simulation software for kinematics simulation, and the simulation results of displacement and angle of clamping mechanism and indexing mechanism, as well as the data results of motion speed, acceleration and displacement of four clamping claws in clamping mechanism under different working cycles are obtained. These results provide theoretical basis for solving the motion interference problem of welding fixture and reasonably selecting working cycle, thus the design cycle and cost of welding fixture are saved, and the reliability of welding fixture is improved.

Cellulose is one of the most important renewable resources in nature. In this paper, a strain j-n3 was isolated from the soil of corn field. The isolated medium with carboxymethyl cellulose as the sole carbon source and Congo red staining method were used for preliminary screening, and then the screened strains were cultured by liquid fermentation and enzyme activity was determined. Combined with morphological characteristics and molecular biological identification, strain j-n3 was identified as Bacillus.According to the preliminary study of enzymatic properties, the optimum pH of the enzyme is 6.0, and the optimum reaction temperature is 50℃. After treated with strain J-N3 for 20 days, the weight loss rate and cellulose decomposition rate of corn stalks reached 26.22% and 31.01%, respectively.
