Optimization of the Microwave Extraction Condition and Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharides from Chroogomphidius Viscidus Using Response Surface Analysis

To optimize the condition of microwave extracting Chroogomphidius viscidus polysaccharides (CVP) and evaluate the antioxidant activity of CVP. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides extracted from Chroogomphidius viscidus, sevage was used to remove proteins from the crude polysaccharides of Chroogomphidius viscidus, and DPPH was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of CVP in vitro. Selecting the ratio of liquid to material, microwave power, microwave temperature and microwave time as the four parameters of the response surface analysis method, and analyzing its influence on the yield of polysaccharides, using the Design-Expert software for the second response surface analysis of the test data. The optimum extraction process conditions were as follows: microwave time 25 min, microwave temperature 70°C, microwave power 780 W, liquid-to-feed ratio 30:1, and polysaccharide yield reached 15.00%. After 6 times sevage removal of protein in the crude polysaccharide of Chroogomphidius viscidus, the protein removal rate can reach 97%. The highest scavenging rate of the purified CVP on DPPH free radical can reach 77%. Microwave extraction technology is suitable in the extraction of CVP, and CVP shows a stronger antioxidant capacity.

The mathematical model of spiral Angle groove was established, and the influence rules of different groove number, rotating speed, inlet pressure, groove depth and gas film thickness on sealing performance were studied by Fluent. By analyzing and comparing the sealing performance parameters, such as static pressure, opening force, leakage, etc., the optimum geometric structure parameters of single spiral Angle slot are obtained. Aiming at the problem of single helical corner slot, a kind of double helical corner slot dry gas sealing structure is proposed, and the calculation results show that the double helical corner slot can make the aerodynamic separation effect more obvious, and the sealing effect is better when the helical Angle of suction side is larger than that of pressure side. When the two Angle tolerance is 2°, the sealing performance of the spiral Angle slot is better.

The surface treatment of Q345 steel plate was carried out by plasma spray welding. The optimum process parameters of Q345 surface treatment were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimized spray welding process was as follows: current 60 A, welding gun walking speed 20 mm / min, powder feeding rate 35%, ion gas flow rate 1.2-1.4 L / min, shielding gas flow rate 10-12 L / min. The results show that the microstructure of Q345 substrate is normal, which is pearlite + ferrite. The microstructure of heat affected zone is still pearlite + ferrite. The microstructure of spray welding layer is iron matrix and eutectic (Cr, Fe)7C3 phase. ZrC in the spray welding layer can be used as the heterogeneous core of iron matrix, which can refine the grain size of iron matrix and improve the mechanical properties greatly. The impact toughness of the composite plate prepared by the optimal process is 192.8 J/cm2. The fracture mode of the high strength layer is quasi cleavage fracture, and the fracture mode of the matrix layer is cleavage fracture.

If the boundary conditions are not considered in the limit load analysis of the soft foundation reinforcement section, the analysis results will be deviated, and the hidden danger will easily occur during the train operation. Therefore, a new limit load analysis method for the soft foundation reinforcement section of high-speed railway is proposed, and its effectiveness is analyzed through experiments. Considering the boundary conditions of the calculation model, the ultimate load calculation scheme is designed, the basic coordinate system in the limit equilibrium state is established, and the stress component in the yield state is analyzed. By solving the stress equations, the load displacement curve of the reinforced section of soft foundation can be obtained in the calculation software. The engineering application results show that the load displacement curve obtained by the proposed method is closer to the actual situation, and the analysis results are more accurate.

In order to realize the trajectory tracking control of wheeled mobile robot, a sliding mode controller is designed in each closed-loop subsystem based on the double closed-loop control scheme, and particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the controller parameters to achieve better tracking effect. Simulation results show that the designed controller can realize trajectory tracking, and compared with the parameters set by human experience, the parameters obtained through optimization can improve the control performance of the controller.

Aiming at the problem for task-processor assignment in distributed computing,two improved algorithms based on A* algorithm are proposed.By analyzing the principle of A* algorithm,the search tree model of applying A* algorithm to task assignment problem is obtained,and by dividing the search tree as evenly as possible among the processing units and by avoiding unnecessary nodes extension,the optimal solution is obtained. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional A* algorithm, the proposed two improved algorithms can not only save memory and task execution time by reducing search space,but also improve the speedup performance of algorithm execution by parallel assignment.

The machine Vision technology and LabVIEW Assistant are used to detect and analyze the glass defects, and the common defects of acrylic glass are mainly scratches and bubbles.The image processing module process on LabVIEW includes the gray level transformation and morphology, threshold value, and the particle analysis is carried out at last. In this study, the defects of glass were identified by template matching. The results show that this method can accurately detect the existence of scratches and bubbles, and judge the location and number of defects. The correct rate is 94% .

A strain of high efficiency flocculating to improve the removal of copper ions was selected from activated sludge of Jilin sewage treatment plant, and was amplified and identified by 16 S rDNA. The flocculating conditions of copper ion (0.2 ppm) by bioflocculant were studied. The results show that the flocculation efficiency is over 80%. Significant influencing factors and variables were pH, flocculation time and Graphene Oxide (GO) inducer which had major impact effects on flocculation efficiency. The highest flocculation efficiency which 86.01% achieved at pH=5, at 1.62h and 13.11mg/L GO as inducer.

The adsorption of oxytetracycline and oxytetracycline on micro-plastics was as follows: CPE (polyethylene) polyvinyl chloride (PE) PE, the adsorption of oxytetracycline in pure water was not significantly different from that in fresh water; The adsorption capacity of CPE TO CIPROFLOXACIN in pure water was stronger than that in fresh water.
