Synthesis and Spectroscopic Study of 1-Phenylazo-2-Naphthol and 1 - (2-Nitrophenylazo) - 2-Naphthol

Two azo compounds (1: 1-phenylazo-2-naphthol and 2: 1-(2-nitrophenylazo)-2-naphthol) were synthesized by diazo coupling reaction of aniline and o-nitroaniline with 2-naphthol, respectively. Their structures were characterized by IR, and the spectral properties of the compounds were studied by UV spectra. The results showed that the two compounds have big molar absorptivity (1:ε478nm = 1.49 × 104 L/mol·cm;2:ε329nm = 1.32 × 104 L/mol·cm). When the pH of the solution is less than 10, the UV spectrum is basically unchanged. In the strong alkaline range, the UV spectrum changes, showing a certain acid-base discoloration.

Study on Flocculation Performance of Polyaluminum Calcium Silicate-Cellulose Composite Flocculant

Using sodium silicate, anhydrous calcium chloride, aluminum sulfate and sodium Carboxymethyl cellulose as raw materials, polyaluminum calcium silicate cellulose composite (PSiAlCa-CMC) flocculant was prepared under the optimum conditions, and then used to treat the simulated Songhua River water sample. The flocculant was added to the simulated Songhua River water sample to explore the effect of application conditions on flocculation efficiency. The results show that when the dosage is 2.0 mL/L, the flocculation time is 20 min, the stirring speed is 100~140 rpm, the temperature of water sample is 15~20 ℃, pH is 5~6, the PSiAlCa-CMC flocculant has the best flocculation effect. The flocculation effect of cellulose compound flocculant on simulated Songhua River water sample is good, the chromaticity is above 98% and the turbidity is over 92%. The results show that the flocculant successfully flocculates impurities in water and can be applied to sewage treatment in practice.

In view of the problems such as large size, unstable performance, high power consumption, high cost and low efficiency of the control system of seeding robot. A sowing robot based on STM32 microcontroller is designed. The design to STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the core, L298N chip to drive the motor, DHT11 chip to detect the temperature and humidity of the soil, infrared sensor and ultrasonic sensor together avoid obstacles on the road for seeding robot, ATK-ESP8266 WIFI module remote control of the robot, and reserve the monolith I/O port, easy to add functions. This design focuses on the analysis of the motor drive module and the software design process of temperature and humidity acquisition. This design scheme solves the problems existing in the seeding robot to a great extent, and make seeding robot more convenient in use.

Mg2Si particles are characterized by high melting point, high hardness, low density and small coefficient of thermal expansion, etc. Due to their good bonding performance with aluminum matrix as the reinforcement, Al-Mg2Si alloy material possesses good mechanical properties. Al-Mg2Si hypereutectic alloy material has excellent wear resistance while possessing low density characteristics, and it has become an optional material for piston and cylinder head production of automobile and motorcycle engines. In this paper, the development status of Al-Mg2Si alloy material is introduced, and the preparation technology, metamorphism mechanism and the metamorphism of alloying elements of Al-Mg2Si hypereutectic alloy material are mainly reviewed.

Ag3PO4/Fe3O4/GO composite photocatalysts were prepared via co precipitation and ion exchange method using graphene oxide (GO) as a carrier, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetry (TGA), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS).The results of photocatalytic decolorization indicated that the Ag3PO4/Fe3O4/GO mposite photocatalysts showed better photocatalytic decolorization of Rhodamine B (97.6%) than that of pure Ag3PO4 (73.4%) . The introduction of sodium persulfate into the Ag3PO4/Fe3O4/GO tocatalytic system could enhance the photocatalytic performance. In addition, Ag3PO4/Fe3O4/GO posite catalyst exhibited good activity stability, thermal stability and structural stability.

Impeller is the core part of the engine. Because of its complex shape and structure, it is a typical difficult to machine part. Generally, five axis machining is used. In this paper, CATIA software is used for 3D modeling of a certain type of impeller, the tool path is optimized, the post-processing program is generated, and then VERICUT is used to simulate machining. Finally, it is proved that the method of combining CATIA with VERICUT to process complex parts is feasible.

Development and Component Stability Analysis of Fermented Beverage by Lactic Acid Bacteria from Castanea Henryi

In order to improve the utilization rate of Castanea henryi, this paper developed a Lactobacillus flavor fermented beverage of Castanea henryi , and analyzed the stability of the beverage components. After baking Castanea henryi at high temperature, shelling and undressing by hand, after , the hydrolysate of Castanea henryi can be obtained after liquefaction and saccharification treatment. Then added white granulated sugar, milk and stabilizer into the hydrolysate, it can be blended into Castanea henryi mixed pulp, and inoculated with lactic acid bacteria mixed fermentation strains after sterilization to prepare the fermented beverage of Castanea henryi. The results shows that: when the fermentation temperature was 50 ℃, the fermentation time was 3 h, and the substrate ratio was 1:1, the flavor of the fermented beverage by lactic acid bacteria from Castanea henryi was the best; carrageenan or propylene glycol alginate can effectively improve the stability of soluble solids in the beverage; after a long period of observation and analysis, the number of viable lactic acid bacteria in the beverage is generally higher than5×108mL-1, which proves that the stability of lactic acid bacteria in the beverage is high.

According to the joint structure of the human finger exoskeleton, a silicone multi-cavity human-like flexible joint is proposed, a pneumatic software driver for hand rehabilitation robots is designed, and the manufacturing process of the driver is explained in detail. Abaqus software is used to perform finite element simulation of the software driver, and simulation graphics under different air pressures are given. The simulation results show that the theoretical model of the proposed software driver is basically consistent with the experimental data. Compared with other structures, the overall stability and grasping ability are stronger, which provides support for the future application of human-like flexible manipulators.

According to the etiology and treatment of cervical spondylosis, an intelligent air bag cervical traction device is designed. The tractor adopts the functions of automatic inflation and timed deflation. Users can set the traction time and weight according to their own conditions through the mobile phone client to realize the traction treatment scheme guided by artificial intelligence. After the automatic inflation, the air bag and the air pressure system can be separated quickly through the pneumatic connector. During the traction process, the patient can move freely and use comfortably. Safety protection control program is set in the tractor system to ensure the safety of patients. The traction device is used to prevent and treat various types of cervical spondylosis and compression symptoms caused by cervical spondylosis, and realizes intelligent.

In order to solve the problem of writing shadows when the main light source is illuminated, an intelligent study desk with auxiliary light source that can be raised and lowered is designed based on the PIC32 microcontroller control technology. Consists of a control system, a dual-motor screw screw lifting mechanism, an intelligent auxiliary light source and a posture correction system. First, UG software is used for three-dimensional modeling, and the simplified model is imported into ANSYS for finite element analysis to verify the stability and correctness of the overall structure design . Finally, the author made a physical prototype, and the experiment showed that: the lifting and descending curve is stable, the auxiliary light source and the posture correction system function well, the overall mechanism runs stably, meets the design requirements, and lays the foundation for the continuous optimization and improvement of the lifting table.
