In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ministry of Education's call on "class-suspended but still learning", major colleges and universities have conducted online teaching in an orderly manner with the postponing the start of school. This large-scale online teaching is facing many challenges, and it brings a rare opportunity to promote the informatization of education and teaching. How to ensure the effect of online teaching and improve the quality of talent training are important issues that need to be resolved in the current online teaching process. Course evaluation is an important means to measure the effect of online courses, and it is also an important factor influencing the quality of teaching. The quality of course evaluation is directly related to the quality of talent training. This article analyzes the current problems of online curriculum evaluation in colleges and universities. Taking the organic chemistry professional course as an example, it proposes improvement strategies from the aspects of concepts, directions, methods and contents of online curriculum assessment and evaluation, intending to provide theoretical basis and practical cases for online teaching in colleges and universities.

The course of Separation Engineering Experiment is an important undergraduate practical course for natural science majors such as pharmacy, agriculture, biology and food science. Taking the biopharmaceutical specialty of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example, through adding independent design experiment, reasonable adjustment of experiment and production practice program, increasing the proportion of comprehensive experiment, and paying attention to experiment principle and process estimation, students can become active instead of passive in doing experiment, so as to make connection with the next stage of study or work after graduation.

Experiment teaching is a kind of addition and continuation to theoretical knowledge. It is an important part in training college students' practical ability and their innovative spirit. This paper takes the biopharmaceuticals specialty of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example, and we make a preliminary exploration on the current situation, necessity and feasibility of implementing "Ideological and Political Theories teaching in All Courses" in the basic experiment teaching of biopharmaceuticals. We try our best to explore the ideological and political elements in the basic experiment teaching of biopharmaceuticals so that these two elements can move forward together with our experiment teaching.

As a new mode of education, micro-classes are characterized by their short and exquisite contents, various forms of expression and not limited by time and region. A good teaching design is the key to the success of the whole micro-course. Taking Merrell's five-star teaching principle thought as the micro-course design guide, the author puts forward the design idea with the student as the main body, and the design principle with the goal focusing on solving the problem. Using the five-star teaching principle to design the micro-course teaching process of the university physics course, it has achieved good results.

The mobile software of intelligent teaching was used to construct the wisdom classroom for "Engineering Drawing" course, at the same time, studies on the teaching methods, teaching process, teaching assessment were conducted. Through the analysis of learning situation before class, the interaction in class, the guidance after class and the assessment in the whole process, teaching reform is carried out with the purpose of promoting students' deep participation in the whole process of teaching, and good teaching effect is achieved.

During the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic period, students’ satisfaction with online college English courses will greatly affect the overall satisfaction of online courses. Based on the ACSI and TAM theory, this study constructed a structural equation model of college English online teaching satisfaction, and tested the hypothesis between the control variables and latent variables. The results show that there are significant differences in course satisfaction among different genders, grades, specialty types and colleges; “Perceived usefulness” has the most obvious effect on course satisfaction, etc.

This paper draws on the three-dimensional grammar teaching concept proposed by Larsen-Freeman to study a teaching model based on MOOC. It focuses on students' autonomous online learning and the teachers offer detailed answers to the students’ questions and doubts. It is a multidimensional teaching model including English grammar acquisition, grammatical ability improvement and the cultivation of intercultural communication competence. However, different positions and various views from the participating members have brought uncertainty to the prospect of negotiations. As the largest developing country, China will certainly regard "development" as the purpose and continually contribute Chinese wisdom to the establishment of global e-commerce rules. By reviewing the development of e-commerce and the progress of the negotiations on e-commerce, comparing the positions of various countries, this paper analyzes the obstacles to negotiation, in order to promote policy researches on China's strategy to participate in the WTO e-commerce negotiations.
