Selection of Anhui Province as the research sample, using the method of typical regional, from the economic status, living conditions and living facilities, resources, environment, health status and educational environment to build the evaluation index system of residents' living standards. Descriptive analysis method and factor analysis method were used for empirical analysis ,and the factors affecting residents’ living standard in Anhui Province were studied and analyzed.
