With the overwhelming development of professional certification of engineering education across the country, the cultivation of students' engineering practice ability has become very important in colleges and universities. Only when teachers acquire strong engineering practice ability, can they guide the students' research and study with engineering vision and provide relevant cases for students. Therefore, the cultivation of college teachers' engineering practice ability has become the key to improving the quality of higher engineering education in China.

Teaching can promote scientific research, and vice versa. The two factors are mutually unified and indispensable. However, most of local engineering colleges attach more importance to teaching and despise the idea of scientific research, which led to the alienation of the two key points in higher education and the inefficiency of improving the colleges' quality of cultivation. Therefore, this paper focuses on the effect of scientific research on teaching from the perspective of promoting the applied talents' quality. It emphasizes the important role of scientific research in promoting quality of teaching, students' comprehensive quality, teaching staff construction and discipline construction.

Inorganic Chemistry teaching plays a very important role in the undergraduate education of chemistry and its related specialties. Our teaching team has analyzed the teaching objectives of Inorganic Chemistry from the perspectives of knowledge of this course, students and adapting to the development at home and abroad, and set and put forward the implementation measures. It will provide teaching reference for the training of applied talents in engineering colleges.

Production practice is an important practical teaching link for polymer materials and engineering majors. But in the process of production practice, students usually do not have the opportunity to practice. Students lack learning enthusiasm and subjective initiatives. There are still some problems in the implementation of production practice, such as unreasonable content, poor practice effect and so on. In recent years, the production practice of polymer materials and engineering specialty in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has achieved achievements through strengthening the cooperation between school and enterprises, arranging the content of practice reasonably and improving the assessment model of practice.

Pump and Pump Station is an important professional basic course for water supply and drainage science and engineering majors, and it is the core of the professional courses. Based on the theory teaching of this course, this paper re-examines the curriculum of Pump and Pump Station and puts forward some suggestions. Several measures for teaching reform of Pump and Pump Station are put forward so as to provide new reform ideas for improving the students' theoretical and practical knowledge.

Aiming at the problems existing in experimental teaching of environmental monitoring, we make research on reform of experiment teaching about experimental teaching methods, content, teaching materials, equipment and examination, and propose a series of measures including optimizing teaching method and content, integrating resource, and improving examination methods so as to improve the quality of experimental teaching, and cultivate professional talents for environmental science and engineering.

Air Pollution Control Engineering is a major course for undergraduate students of environmental engineering major. In this paper, based on talent development goals and training program of this major, we discuss the reforms in experimental teaching, practical teaching and curriculum design, which has achieved good results in teaching.

This paper analyzes the problems in the coordinated development of skill contest and professional teaching such as the imperfect selection mechanism, separation of the contestants from class and the disintegration of content in the skill contest from teaching. Based on the analysis of the significance of the skill contest in teaching, it provides some measures to promote good interaction between teaching and taking contest: to take Mobile Interconnection majors cultivating practice as an example to verify and analyze the effect of the coordinated development practice; to construct the interactive mechanism between skill contest and teaching so as to promote the improvement of the quality of professional training.

In the era of mobile internet, the rapid development of smart phones and other terminals has brought challenges to the teaching management and quality of colleges and universities. The innovation of teaching reform in colleges and universities should focus on the research and practice of mobile learning mode. Mobile learning mode is not a simple combination of technology and education, but a reform of teaching concept. In this paper, in the teaching practice of Literature Retrieval, we use the "rain classroom" developed by Tsinghua University to study the mobile learning mode.

This paper aims to explore the way of how college art majors exert their social functions to serve the construction of urban community culture, and effectively integrate various resources to build distinctive and targeted community culture by relying on localism, artistry and urban elements.

By means of literature and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the "images of violence" in Kong Yiji written by Lu Xun from the perspective of culture and literature, and explores its "essence". It is believed that Kong Yiji's ideological corruption, loneliness, negative mentality, extreme weakness, and passive resistance are the inevitable causes of his "images of violence". "Ignorance and lack of guts" and lack of martial spirit is the essence of this character. This paper provides the way to treat "literati of Kong Yiji type" who lack of martial spirit by employing "Weiwu scriptures" in the cultivation which includes morality, perseverance and optimism, enterprising spirit and self-improvement. Finally, the paper proposes that "Kong" should be an alert in the new period to "literati of Kong Yiji type" who lack martial spirit.

The Book of Mountains and Seas is a book that records the myths, geography, plants, animals, minerals, products, witchcraft, religion, medicine, folklore and nationalities of our country. It describes many monsters and myths. The book consists of eighteen volumes. The author will study the following topics: the Southern Classic and the Legend, the Western Classic and the tragedy, the Northern Sutra and the satire, the Eastern Classic of Mountains and Seas and comedy, from which the narrative structure of the criticism of the four classics and archetypal criticism is analyzed.

This study attempts to explore the construction of the essential academic skills of the English for General Academic Purposes (EGAP) from the analysis of the current situation of EAP teaching to the undergraduate students and the publication of the EGAP textbooks in mainland China. Based on the above two issues, this paper constructs the nine essential EGAP skills and recommends that teachers design the relevant teaching materials according to the skill system, in order to establish the scientific development concept of EGAP teachers, and thus to promote the effective EGAP teaching in the Chinese college EFL context.

Localized translation is based on the needs of target language to solve language and cross-cultural communication problems. In the past, scholars paid more attention to the linguistic issues of web page translation than to the influence of cultural differences on the acceptability of information in the target language. This paper, taking Henan enterprises as examples, discusses the problems existing in foreign publicity web pages from the perspective of localization translation and the corresponding solutions, hoping to help enterprises expand their international business.

This paper mainly analyzes the current gap in the development of foreign trade in the east, central and western regions of China, and points out the problems of the isolated development and vicious competition of the industries in the three regions. This pattern of spatial imbalance in foreign trade hinders China's all-round reform and opening up and the sustained and healthy development of foreign trade. The foreign trade pattern based on competition in the three zones should be changed to "competition and cooptation" development, to build a new situation of mutually beneficial foreign trade development, to break regional barriers, to establish a network of interconnected facilities, to realize cross-regional trade division and cooperation, and to promote China to become a trade power in the new era.
