The process is expounded of carrying out key literacy－Media literacy in teaching the course of Selected Readings of English Newspapers and Magazines. Developing media literacy is a teaching mode of the course, whose goal is to cultivate students to develop an exploring study method. Based on the characteristics of the course, with the timeliness of news as a foundation, the necessity and measures are forwarded for optimizing teaching contents. In teaching mode and means, teacher and student negotiation teaching mode is adopted, the obvious and hidden teaching are combined, and skill practice is performed. The process of this reform is reflected against what has been done, thus leading to the orientation of the course further reform. Based on media literacy to direct teaching and study, it is conductive to having high efficiency in teaching, to establishing systematic thinking system for students for reading English newspapers and magazines, and to evaluating them for students in a right way.

In engineering colleges, there used to be the problems of ambiguous educational orientation and undefined talent cultivation objective. With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the communication between universities and the society is becoming faster and faster, which keeps the universities highly sensitive to the need of the society and enables them to adjust the talent cultivation in no time. Therefore, it is of great importance to construct the teaching mode that satisfy the need of society and targets at capacity cultivation with the guide of OBE(Outcome-based Education).

Survey shows that in the translation teaching of college English, there are such problems as depreciation of its importance, inappropriate teaching method, lack of integrated planning, and low teaching validity, which dramatically limit the improvement of translation capacity of non-English major students. Therefore, a translation teaching mode of college English on the basis of mobile phones is needed that can meet the need of the society, improve the teaching efficiency, and better the students’ language ability.

In the teaching mode of "Internet + flipped classroom", the students are the cores of teaching, so their learning initiatives are motivated. Since the Reform and Opening-up, foreign direct investment in Jilin Province has increased rapidly, which has greatly promoted the economic growth and industrial restructuring of Jilin Province. Based on the data from 2000 to 2016, this paper analyzes the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in Jilin Province by VAR model, and verifies the impetus of foreign direct investment to economic growth through impulse analysis, and then puts forward some countermeasures so as to promote the development of foreign direct investment in Jilin Province.

Therefore, the legitimacy of international institutions has become a vital research topic in international relations. Although Political Psychology is, to some degree, a new subject, it has a profound impact on the analysis of legitimacy, through which the legitimacy of European Union could be explained.

Formulaic language plays a vital role in people's oral expression and writing ability. In the process of writing, formulaic language occupies a very large proportion. This paper conducts an experiment to prove: 1. Formulaic language can reduce the language processing time, thus shorten the writing time and increase the fluency of writing; 2. Formulaic language is conducive to expanding the students' vocabulary and improving the authenticity and vividness of their writing; 3. Formulaic language is conducive to enhancing the coherence and logic of the writing. In short, formulaic language directly affects the students' writing ability. Therefore, teachers should promote the students' formulaic language knowledge in daily teaching, help students acquire formulaic language and improve their second language acquisition.

The article takes 137 papers with the title of "fragmented reading" included in the database of CNKI from 2007 to 2017 as the research object, and carries out a comprehensive analysis using the relevant principles of bibliometrics. The results show that, the domestic fragmented reading research has become a new research field and academic branch. However, there are few high-level achievements in this field, the theoretical research is insufficient and the research object is simple. The depth and breadth of research need to be expanded.

In order to continuously optimize the method of endurance test for lumbar and abdominal muscles in Chinese students' physical health test, this study analyzes four standard evaluation indexes and test methods. In the abdominal muscle endurance test, a moderately uniform rhythm-number counting method can reflect muscle endurance better; Curl-up is scientific in terms of using the hip flexor muscles restrictedly and avoiding lumbar injuries, but the 3 seconds per time rhythm test may cause hypoxic effects such as premature neck fatigue and dizziness; it is beneficial to the proactive force of abdominal muscles by folding arms, at the same time, lowering the mandible to the chest. Sit-up which is done by pressing too much of the feet is risky of inducing lumbar spine injury and pain in the lower back, so the hip joint action should be restricted, and it emphasizes the bending of the torso by using abdominal muscles.

Group counseling is one of the important methods and mediums in college mental health education. Group counseling can improve students' self-help ability and help them to obtain psychological support when they have usual psychological problems and puzzles. This paper briefly expounds the connotation of group psychological counseling, emphatically discusses the advantages and significance of group psychological counseling in college psychological health education, and puts forward the prospect of the future application of group psychological counseling.
