    Study on of the Theextraction Technology of Proanthocyanidin by Ultrasonic Assisted Methanol   Collect

    The extraction technology of proanthocyanidin from Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge by ultrasonic assisted methanol was investigated in this paper. Four different factors: extraction temperature, extraction time, solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio were selected in Orthogonal experiment. The most optimal conditions were confirmed as concentration 70%, extraction temperature 60℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:15, extraction time 30 min, and the extraction yield of proanthccyanidins from Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge reached to 1.781%.

    Objective: The optimum conditions for the extraction of Spend Auricularia auricular substrate by supercritical CO2 fluid were studied, and the chemical composition of the extract was analyzed. Methods: Taking the extraction rate as the indicator, orthogonal test of L9 (34) with four factors and three levels was carried out to determine the best conditions on the basis of single factor experiment. The extraction was analyzed with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer. Results: The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 30 MPa, 45 ℃, 60 mesh, 400 mL of the entrainer volume and the extraction rate was 3.25% under these conditions. The chemical composition of extraction can be classified into alcohols, ethers, aldehydes, ketones, organic acids, esters, terpenoids, steroids. The three most abundant compounds were methyl linoleate (5.56%), 17β(H),21β(H)-hop-22(29)-EN-3-one(5.26%),3,5-cholestanedien-7-one(4.05%),respectively. Conclusion: Extraction and separation of fine chemicals from spend auricularia auricular substrate is a new idea of clean and efficient utilization of biomass.

    The paper elaborates various methods with merits and drawbacks of acute oral toxicity test. Traditional methods of acute toxicity test such as Horne’s method, Karber’s method and others all require the accurate value of LD50, which need a higher amount of tested animals and disobey the humanitarianism and animal protection. Thus, the new methods including up-down procedure, fixed does procedure and acute toxic classification method are developed and replaced by international organization. The new methods without an accurate value of LD50 are worth of promotion and application because they can minimize the mortality of laboratory animals and save the resources of human and material.

In this paper, the active ingredient extraction methods and pharmacological effects of skin and egg from Rana chensinensis (SERC) were reviewed, which may provide some evidences for the research and development of SERC in the fields of drug, functional food, and cosmetics.

    The preparation technology, quality evaluation of total triterpenoid saponins hard capsule from Orostachys fimbriatus (Turcz) Berger were discussed in this paper. Taking the moisture absorption rate and the angle of repose as the indicators, the best excipients and amount of auxiliary materials were selected, and the bulk density was used to determine the capsule loading, determine the relative critical humidity of filling capsules by using moisture absorption rate as an indicator. In the process of quality inspection, the disintegration time and moisture content of hard capsules were examined.The preparation process conditions of the total triterpenoid saponins hard capsule from Orostachys fimbriatus (Turcz) Berger were optimized by experiments, which ensured the quality stability and reliability of the products and provided scientific theoretical basis for industrial production.

    Exhausting CO2 in time and effective transferring of methanol solution to the diffusion layer have important influence on the performance of the liquid feed direct methanol fuel cell (direct methanol fuel cell, DMFC). VOF has been used to study the evolution of CO2 gas which leaked from the parallel channel, including growth, deformation, detachment and motion of the bubble. A three-dimensional model of channel has been established to study the effect of wettability on bubble evolution in channel. The software FLUENT was used to simulate and analyze the diffusion layer wall surface of hydrophilic (35o), neutral (90o),weak hydrophobic (115o) and strong hydrophobic (125o)。The analysis results show that the bubble is jointly by the pressure difference between the two phases, and surface tension effect as well. The surface of the weak hydrophobic diffusion layer is conducive to the process of bubble separation and bubble coalescence, that is, it showed bubble discharging is more stable compared with the hydrophilic surface, while smaller bubble volume and shorter escaping time compared with the strong hydrophobic surface.

    This design implements a smart baby carriage which can follow the owner, avoid obstacles and realize Bluetooth control of Android mobile phone. Based on STC89C52 microcontroller, an intelligent baby carriage control system with infrared obstacle avoidance and ultrasonic tracking and positioning is designed and implemented. The baby carriage can be controlled by Bluetooth control terminal of Android mobile phone. The Bluetooth interface of Android mobile terminal is used to control the forward, backward, left turn and right turn of the baby carriage.

    With the enrollment expansion in colleges and universities in China, the number of school students increasing, more and more college students' dormitory building also.Due to the improvement of living conditions, school supplies and living things growing.The hidden danger of fire accidents will increase gradually, once fire accident happened, will directly damage the national and personal property, and life safety threat to students, seriously affect the normal teaching and living order of the school. The fire accident causes are diverse, through the fault tree qualitative and quantitative analysis the influence of various factors on the students' dormitory fire accident size,?to develop students' dormitory fire accident preventive measures has certain guiding significance.This paper takes a College dormitory 5 as an example, using fault tree analysis of the causes and consequences of the dormitory fire accident,and corresponding preventive measures are put forward.Analysis results show that the fire alarm delay, delay the time, found that don't timely, inadequate fire, fire control facilities of the failure is the most pressing problems,While other problems need to improve in peacetime work somewhat can be well improved.In addition, the corresponding fire prevention measures, the probability of fire accidents will be greatly reduced.

    Take glutinous corn, red bean, peanut, oat, glutinous rice as raw material. It was determined by single factor experiment that corn ballon, red bean and peanut needed to be soaked for 6h and red bean for 8h. Precook glutinous corn and peanuts for 50min, glutinous rice and oats for 30min, and red beans for 60min. The optimum technological conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment: the ratio of raw material to water was 1:16, the cooking time was 25min, and the amount of added sugar was 25% of the raw material. The corn convenient congee developed by this process has a moderate viscosity, soft taste, moderate sweetness and strong corn flavor.

    Objective: The mitochondria DNA was employed to constructing the identified method of Oviductus Ranae by PCR. Methods: The total DNA of the adult female frog oil and the fresh issues of frog was extracted by the kit; the cytB of Rana dybowskii, Rana chensinensis, Pelophylax nigromaculatus Yamaguchi, Bufo raddei was used as the template to design four pairs of primers, and the PCR system contained above DNA and primers and the products was extracted and sequenced. Results: The DNA fragment only gained from the system contained Rana dybowskii primers and the sequence showed the identified in 99% which illustrated the experimental materials were from the Rana dybowskii. Discussion: Taking advantage of mtDNA and applying the PCR, the identified method of Oviductus Rana was established, and this can provide theory basis for the identification of Rana  and Oviductus Rana.

    Abundant fermentation residue could be produced in the course of alcoholic fermentation from the pulp of the corn stalk. In order to make good use of the residue,classification using of stalks in the corn stalk fermentation residue was studied in this paper, by determining the content of protein and digestion in vitro of the fermentation residue,the possibility of fermentation residue of stalks in corn stalk for making livestock feeding was validated.

    Objective:In order to exploring new ways of accurately applying models for clinical practice. Method: This paper selects orthogonal and uniform experimental designs which are commonly used in medicine to establish different models, on the basis of goodness of fit test and difference examination to judge the model. Result: Different experimental designs for the same purpose have different models. Conclusion:The same experimental purpose and experimental design,  according to the goodness of fit test and difference examination, the best model can be explored by combining professional knowledge and preliminary experiment.

    The BF/EP composites were prepared by embossing with basalt fiber plain cloth (BF) added to epoxy resin (EP). The effects of different layers of basalt fiber cloth on the mechanical properties and fracture toughness of the composites were investigated. The experimental results show that the bending strength, impact strength and fracture toughness of BF/EP composites were significantly better than that of epoxy resin. Compared with the epoxy resin without BF, the bending strength of the composite increased by 2.76 times after adding three layers of BF. The notched impact strength increased by 19.67 times, the unnotched impact strength increased by 5.94 times, and the KIC increased by 2.97 times.

    In this paper, aniline and rhodamine are used as materials synthesis probe that can be used to identify copper ions by double changes in absorption and fluorescence spectra. After adding copper ions, the color of the solution can be visually observed to changes from light yellow to red, fluorescence changes from colorless to orange. The fluorescence and UV spectra indicate that the probe exhibits high selectivity and sensitivity to copper ions.

    ZnO films were prepared on quartz substrates by magnetron sputtering, the film structure was characterized by XRD, and  the optical properties of the films were characterized by photoluminescence and transmission spectra, and the effect of the sputtering gas flow ratio on the optical properties of the films was discussed.The results show that when the Ar/O2 is 1/0.05, the visible ultraviolet light is observed and the band gap width is 3.310 eV.

    A class of SEIR infectious disease model with inoculation is studed,  and obtains the threshold condition of the existence of various equilibrium points. By using Liapunove function, Lasalle invariance principle, Hurwith criterion is proved when the basic reproduction number is less than one, the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable;when the basic reproduction number is greater than one, this model has two equilibria, the disease-free equilibrium is unstable, discriminant analysis proved the local asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point local disease by Hurwitz, further using the theory of matrix composite track stability and global asymptotic stability of the endemic equilibrium is proved. Finally, the model is simulated, and the effect of vaccination on the epidemic is analyzed, and the main conclusions are verified in this paper.

    Integer value time series appear in many fields such as transportation, finance, education, environment, and insurance. The thinning operator is the main method to study the integer value time series.In this paper, the first-order integer value autoregressive model based on binomial thinning operator is studied by the empirical likelihood method, and the empirical likelihood inference of the BINAR(1) model with the Poisson innovation and its empirical likelihood estimation are given. The performance of empirical likelihood estimation is studied by means of numerical simulation. Finally, the application of the model is given through an example of crime data.

    Objective: To study the extraction and antioxidant capacity of cohosh polysaccharides in vitro. Method: Polysaccharides were extracted from cohosh by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The total antioxidant capacity of cohosh polysaccharides was determined by ABTS method. The DPPH?scavenging capacity of cohosh polysaccharides was studied by colorimetry. Result: When the concentration of cohosh polysaccharides was 1.6 mg/mL, its total antioxidant capacity reached 0.64 mmol/L and the scavenging rate of DPPH?reached 67.94%. Conclusion: Cohosh polysaccharides has good antioxidant capacity in vitro and is expected to be developed as a natural antioxidant.
