The informatization construction of colleges and universities has become an important standard to measure the level of a school-running, and is also a key part of the service work of colleges and universities. At the same time, strengthening the information construction is conducive to promoting the development of schools, improving the office conditions of colleges and universities, and promoting the improvement and extension of teaching work. In this paper, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology carries out a series of exploration and practice on the information service of the university under the condition of COVID-19, and introduces how to carry out the online office and online teaching of the university.
