Higher education shoulders the important mission of cultivating talents and imparting professional skills. The professional quality of college teachers is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation. The connotation, existing problems and training ways of college teachers' professional quality are discussed, with a view to improving the overall professional quality of university teachers and the level of education and teaching so as to improve the quality of higher education and teaching.
