摘要
C3N4是一种典型的非金属半导体材料,可以在光激发下实现电子-空穴的分离,在光催化剂领域具有极高的应用价值。同时C3N4可以使用尿素、三聚氰胺等富含C和N的物质作为前驱体,通过热解法制备,因此其也具备廉价经济的优势。而对于光催化性能而言,C3N4的形貌是一个十分重要的影响因素。因此探究使用尿素作为前驱体煅烧得到C3N4的过程中,所使用酸的浓度对于形貌的影响具有重要意义。并在优化反应条件后,使用Fe3+接枝的方法进一步扩展C3N4片材的光吸收能力。

Abstract:
C3N4 is kind of typical non-metal semiconductor material, which can realize electron-hole separation under light excitation. So C3N4 shows extremely high value in the field of photocatalysts. At the same time, C3N4 can be prepared through the process of pyrolysis, using the materials rich in C and N as precursors, such as urea and melamine. So C3N4 also owns the advantage of cheap and economical. As a matter of fact, the morphology of C3N4 is very important for their photocatalytic performance. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between the acid concentration used in the process of making C3N4 and the morphology of C3N4. Furthermore, after optimizing the reaction conditions, the Fe3+ was further grafted on the surface of C3N4 to further expand the light absorption capacity of the C3N4 sheet.
