摘要 

由于对师德师风建设认识不够导致部分教师仍然存在师德失范问题,对师德师风建设价值旨归认识不够是导致上述问题的重要原因。通过对师德师风价值旨归的认识,从而从完善师德师风道德素养、制度化、日常化建设中不断完善师德师风建设。

Abstract: 

Due to the lack of understanding of the construction of teachers' professional ethics and competence, there are some problems among teachers in their professional ethics and competence. The lack of understanding of the value of the construction of teachers' professional ethics and competence is an important reason for the problems mentioned. Through strengthening the understanding of the value, we can constantly improve the construction of teachers' professional ethics and competence from the improvement of teachers' ethics, moral quality, institutionalization and daily construction.
