地方工科院校高职教育“双师型”师资队伍建设探究

摘要 

针对地方工科院校高职教育师资队伍建设面临的机遇、挑战及逻辑遵循,以及授课方式方法有待改进、实践能力有待提升、具有行业企业经历的专兼职教师有待增强、教师管理模式有待完善等问题,提出做好应用型院校高职教育“双师型”师资队伍顶层设计,围绕重点领域实施建设计划,完善长效机制健全“服务体系”,构建适应高职教育并满足高水平应用型大学高质量发展的“双师型”师资队伍。

Abstract: 

In view of the opportunity, challenge and logic of the construction of the teaching staff of higher vocational education in local engineering colleges, as well as teaching methods and methods to be improved, practice capacity to be improved, with industry enterprises experience of full-time and part-time teachers to be strengthened, teacher management model to be improved, and so on, this paper puts forward the top-level design of“Double-ability” teaching staff in higher vocational education of application-oriented colleges, the implementation of construction plans around key areas, the improvement of long-term mechanism and the improvement of“Service System”, to build a“Double-ability”teaching staff to meet the needs of higher vocational education and the high-quality development of high-level application-oriented universities.
