The construction of modern industrial colleges is an important measure to promote the deep integration of industry and education, and to achieve the connection between the education and industrial chains. This research systematically explores the construction path of modern industrial colleges from the perspective of the four-party collaboration among government, industry associations, enterprises, and schools. The results of the research indicate that governments should play a leading role in providing guarantee for the construction of industrial colleges through policy support and resource integration, industry associations need to coordinate the integration of industry standards and educational content to promote curriculum integration, enterprises should deeply engage in the construction and management of colleges to achieve resource sharing, universities need to innovate their talent cultivation models while strengthening the construction of "dual-qualified" teaching staff. Through four-party collaboration, we aim to establish a comprehensive education mechanism that integrates the education chain, industry chain, innovation chain, and talent chain, and explore more effective collaborative education models to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents for regional economic development. 

To enhance the quality of ideological and political education in teaching of professional courses, we integrate cybernetic principles into the evaluation of teaching. By using the evaluation criteria from the teacher competition on ideological and political teaching as a control mechanism for practical teaching, we effectively adjust the teaching design and implement teaching practice. Taking "Electronic Technology" as an example, we establish an evaluation system for teaching design and practice that incorporates "values," including indicators and their respective weights. We utilize FCE to quantitatively assess the "feedforward" and "feedback" effects of ideological and political education, categorizing the results to analyze and compare the effectiveness of this teaching approach. Practical results demonstrate that using FCE to to achieve the quantification of the ideological and political teaching outcomes of the course offers valuable guidance for practical teaching and provides a reference for reforming ideological and political education in teaching.

According to the requirements of application-oriented talents training, combined with the actual situation of running our school, the teaching content reform of Biological Separation Engineering Experiment was explored, and the "one body-three layers-five dimensions" content system of experimental teaching was proposed to highlight the cultivation of students' application ability.

With the advancement of big data, educational informatization in higher education is developing toward greater personalization and intelligence. Focusing on key areas such as teaching optimization, student services, and administrative decision-making, this study systematically reviews the application models of big data in education and identifies core challenges including data integration, privacy protection, and platform development. Based on a comprehensive analysis, it proposes a data-driven path for informatization, involving content updates, management process restructuring, and organizational culture transformation. The study concludes that building adaptive technical systems and collaborative mechanisms is essential for improving both educational quality and governance efficiency.

At the same time, the transformation of scientific research achievements in private colleges and universities can promote the development of local economy. In recent years, the scale of private colleges and universities has been continuously expanding, and the number of students recruited has also been increasing rapidly. The education field is undergoing a "reshuffle". The level of scientific research in private colleges and universities plays a crucial role in their recruitment and future development. Currently, there are still many problems in the scientific research work of private colleges and universities that need to be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the scientific research work of private colleges and universities, specific solutions are proposed.

It focuses on technological innovation and key scientific and technological research collaboration, centers around high-quality development strategy of Jilin province, aims to help construct a new industry framework of "464" and aims to cultivate new-quality productive force, which is supposed to unleash the innovation potential of the scientific and technological researchers, help enterprises to solve problems and find new path of innovation and development.           

This paper explores the significance and practical pathways to constructing a personalized employment guidance system for college students. It elaborates on the background and value of personalized employment guidance, highlighting its crucial role in addressing changes in the employment market, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation, and promoting the rational allocation of social human resources. The paper then analyzes the connotation of personalized employment guidance and identifies challenges in its implementation. Finally, it proposes practical pathways to improving the personalized employment guidance system. The construction of a personalized employment guidance system for college students requires the joint efforts of multiple parties to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students and promote the sustainable development of their careers.

The Chinese path to modernization led by the Communist Party of China not only possesses the general characteristics of modernization but also has Chinese characteristics. It is surpassing the drawbacks of Western modernization and opening up a new path for socialist modernization. 

Supply chain resilience is a crucial guarantee for national industrial security and enterprise competitiveness. The researcher worked out the level of supply chain resilience by taking the A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2020 as research samples with the use of entropy method and analyzed the impact digital transformation have on the supply chain resilience of manufacturing enterprises by using the fixed effects model. The results indicate that the higher the degree of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, the stronger their supply chain resilience. This research provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for manufacturing enterprises to enhance supply chain resilience through digital transformation.

This research is based on the panel data of 49 countries along the Belt and Road from 2008 to 2021. A fixed-effect model is used to explore the impact of the trade partner countries' development of digital economy on the export of cultural products from China. The results show that development of the digital economy significantly promotes the export of cultural products from China, however the increase in the number of trade partners will weaken the promoting effect of the digital economy, the trade partner countries' development of the digital economy will promote China's cultural product exports through the optimization of the industrial structure. Therefore, China should strengthen trade cooperation with countries that have a high level of digital economy, develop differentiated market strategies, and promote the optimization and upgrading of the cultural industry structure. 

Socialist harmonious culture is an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Socialist harmonious culture led to the generation of harmonious teacher-student relationships in ideological and political courses in universities, and has great significance in value cultivation, cultural inheritance, theoretical guidance, and new teacher-student relationship shaping. It is necessary to integrate the concept of harmony into the entire process of theoretical guidance, immerse harmonious culture in all fields of campus construction, connect harmonious education with social practices from different dimensions to shape a new form of harmonious teacher-student relationships from dimensions such as learning, life, and work in universities in the new era.

The reason why it is possible to integrate "Jihua Spirit" into the "Four Histories" education of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is that it fits with the educational goals of the history of the Party, the history of China, the history of reform and opening up and the history of socialist development. Universities and colleges can achieve the effective integration of the "Jihua Spirit" and "Four Histories" education by exploring the paths of "Red Classroom Education", "Red Practice Education" and  "Red Publicity Education".

The cyberspace has gradually become the main field of college students' network ideological and political education.
