Abstract
Teacher ethics is the refinement and elevation of a teacher's inner ethical and moral virtues, cultivation, and qualities based on reflection, criticism, and transcendence of their daily educational and teaching activities' ethical and moral practices and behaviors, so as to make themselves more consciously follow and abide by the ethical and moral concepts, norms, and standards of the teaching profession, and to maintain and safeguard the normal management and operation of education and teaching systems, mechanisms, and orders. From the perspective of educational ethics, teacher ethics embodies a teacher's responsibility and obligation to the entire education cause. It requires every teacher to always maintain honesty and integrity towards the education cause and their students. Noble teacher ethics is manifested in a teacher's selfless dedication and responsibility towards the education cause, as well as their respect for students' moral character and care for their healthy growth.
