Abstract Engineering Education Accreditation is of great significance in the professional reform of colleges and universities. Experimental teaching is a core link that supports Engineering Education Accreditation in cultivating students' ability to solve complex engineering problems, which can enhance the students' comprehensive competence and practical skills. Guided by the concept of Engineering Education Accreditation, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional experimental teaching model for the major of Electronic Information Engineering in our university. The experimental reform is explored from four dimensions: diversified course design, intelligent-teaching construction, personalized program formulation and comprehensive assessment improvement, which aims to cultivate students' innovative and practical abilities, explore the optimal teaching methods for talent training and enhance teaching quality and student satisfaction.
