Abstract In recent years， venture capital whose investment scale and amount was on the rise has been
developing well in our country， and the capital market structure improved gradually， but it is still difficult for
venture capital industry to get further development．In this context，this paper introduces the venture capital and
its withdrawal and analyzes the exit mechanism of the venture capital investment in China． In addition， the
author collected the latest data in this industry，analyzed the characteristics of the venture capital and problems
in exit mechanism in China and put forward some suggestions so as to improve the current venture capital
withdrawal environment and promote the development of venture capital industry in China．
