Abstract In view of the shortcomings of a water purification plant in terms of water treatment eliciency and drinking water quality, the production process and control process of the ultrafiltration system were studied , the ultrafiltration automatic control system was designed by using $7-300PLC ,and the upper computer screen was designed by using WinCC configuration software , so as to realize the automatic control of the production process of the water purification plant, effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, and improve the production efficiency and drinking water quality of the water purification plant.
