Teaching Reform of Food Engineering Principle and Construction of Curriculum Group System under the Background of "New Engineering Construction + Professional Certification of Engineering Education"

Abstract: In response to the connotative requirements of "New Engineering" construction and engineering education professional certification,combined with the current teaching situation of food engineering principle courses in colleges and universities, a multi-mode group teaching method is innovatively proposed. Intelligent technologies (such as virtual simulation and big data analysis) are integrated to optimize the practical teaching system, and an innovative teaching mode of "stratified teaching + intelligent practice" is constructed. Based on the disciplinary logic, reconstruct the curriculum group system to cultivate engineering application and innovation talents who can adapt to the "four new" economy.
