Abstract: Under the background of first-class undergraduate education, the reform of environmental monitoring experimental teaching is of great significance for improving students' practical and innovative abilities. This paper takes the Songhua River water environmental monitoring experiment as an example, and explores the application and reform path of virtual simulation experiment technology in environmental monitoring experimental teaching. By optimizing teaching content and strengthening the training of practical ability, a combined virtual-physical experimental teaching mode is constructed, which provides new ideas and methods for the cultivation of environmental talents.
