Research and Practice of Smart Campus Construction in Local Universities Based on the Artificial Intelligence“5+1 Model”

Abstract: AI-driven smart campus construction enhances university management efficiency, yet challenges remain in implementation and user adaptation. This study proposes an innovative "5+1 Model" which integrates five intelligent modules—teaching (AI-T), management (AI-M), service (AI-S), security (AI-Sec), and interaction (AI-I)—with a big data platform, providing solutions for local universities. A pilot study conducted at a local university shows that this model has achieved preliminary results in improving education quality, optimizing management processes, and enhancing service experience. The deep integration of AI and education will continue to reshape university management models and drive ecological transformation.
