摘要

Microsoft Office Word2013的邮件合并功能，可以对一批具有相同基本内容而少量数据不同的文档进行批量制作。本文通过制作班级成绩单存档封面、学生学籍表（带照片）、档案盒标签三个例子，细致充分地介绍了邮件合并功能在高校教学档案归档中的具体应用，操作简单，且效率较高。

Abstract:

The mail merging function of Microsoft Office Word2013 can be carried out for a batch of documents with the same basic content and a small amount of different data. In this paper, three examples are made: the cover of the class report card, the student status form (with photos) and the label of the file box. Through the three examples, this paper introduces the application of the function of mail merging in the filing of college students' records fully and meticulously. It is easy to operate and has high efficiency.
