高校教学秘书工作现状及改进建议

摘要

高校教学秘书工作在高校教学管理中起着重要作用，高校应该加强对教学秘书岗位的重视，建立健全的考核体系和激励制度，教学秘书自身也应锻炼心理素质，增强职业道德和业务能力，提升竞争力，适应新时代要求，助力高校教学发展，推进高校建设。

Abstract:

The teaching secretarial work of colleges and universities plays an important role in the teaching management of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities are supposed to attach importance to the teaching secretaries and a sound assessment system and incentive system should be established. The teaching secretaries themselves should also exercise their psychological qualities, enhance professional ethics and business capabilities, enhance competitiveness, adapt to the requirements of the new era, help with college teaching development, and promote colleges and universities construction.
