摘要 

事业单位养老保险制度的实施,将对高校人事制度改革产生深远影响。从高校用人制度出发,阐述了事业养老保险制度启动前,高校在人才引进和培养方面面临的问题。从人员聘用制度、薪酬体系、平台建设和退休制度四个方面浅析了事业养老保险制度对高校人才引进和培养模式的影响。

Abstract: 

The implementation of endowment insurance system in public institutions will have a profound impact on the reform of personnel system in colleges and universities. Starting from the employment system in colleges and universities, this paper first expounds the problems faced by the employment system before the start of the endowment insurance system. This paper analyzes the influence of career endowment insurance system on talent introduction and training mode in colleges and universities from four aspects: personnel employment system, salary system, platform construction and retirement system.
