    The Quantitative Analysis of Malachite Green using CdTe@SiO2  Microspheres   Collect

    Malachite green has good bactericidal properties, which can effectively prolong the life of fish with scale damage during transportation. Although the State prohibits the use of malachite green in aquatic products, it is still on sale in the market. Using malachite green as template, molecularly imprinted silica coated CdTe quantum dots were prepared. As there is a good linear relationship between malachite green concentrations and the variety of fluorescence intensity of CdTe quantum dots, a quenching method could be used to quantitative analysis of malachite green, of which linear range was 0.89-4.83 μmol/L, and the lowest detection limit is 0.03867 μmol/L. This method has good selectivity and lays an experimental foundation for the development of new fluorescent sensors.

    The chemical constituents and antioxidant potentials of Hipopphae rhamnoides L. leaves and its black tea product were investigated. Methods: The contents of tea polyphenols, flavonoids, polysaccharides and caffeine were analyzed by Folin colorimetric method, Sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodium hydroxide colorimetric method, Phenol-sulfuric acid method and national standard method of "Theophylline determination"; Four methods including DPPH?, ABTS+, ?OH and reducing power were used to evaluated antioxidant activity. Results: The main chemical components of the black tea: tea polyphenols was 18.45%, flavonoids content was 2.51%, polysaccharides content was 15.56% and caffeine content was 3.06%; the results of in vitro antioxidant experiments showed that the IC50 of Hipopphae rhamnoides L. leaves and its  black tea on scavenging DPPH?, ABTS+ and?OH free radicals were 2.47 mg/mL and 0.76 mg/mL, 0.0040 mg/mL and 0.0038 mg/mL, 0.48 mg/mL and 0.41 mg/mL, respectively. They also had a certain reducing power and a good concentration dependence. Conclusions: The antioxidant activity of black tea is better because of  active ingredients such as tea polyphenols, flavonoids and polysaccharides.

    Objective To establish a simple, fast, and highly sensitive analytical method for the determination of selenium in Codonopsis by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Quantitative analysis of selenium in Codonopsis by atomic fluorescence spectrometry . Results The selenium content showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0~40μg/L, and correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9999,detection limit of the method was 0.065 ng/mL;the sample recoveries was 113.33%,relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.97%; the RSD of precision, accuracy and stability were 1.65%, 4.58% and 6.52%.The selenium content of 11 different varieties of Codonopsis was slightly different but all are below 0.1 mg/kg. Conclusion In the quality control and detection of selenium-enriched Codonopsis, the established method of selenium determination based on atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer was of good linearity, precision, and accuracy.

    A high-order ADRC scheme was proposed to deal with the unknown disturbance as well as the friction between the plate and the ball which affect the trajectory tracking accuracy in the ball and plate system. Firstly, the mathematical model of the ball and plate system was established and linear model was obtained by appropriately simplifying, linearization and decoupling. Secondly, the input signal with noise was filtered by the whole process fast differentiator. Thirdly, the high order ESO was designed to estimate the unknown disturbance inside the system. Finally, the nonlinear feedback controller was designed based on backstepping technique and the closed-loop stability is certificated by Lyapunov stability theory. Simulation results show that the improved high order ADRC can effectively filter out the noise and improve the trajectory tracking accuracy.

    The control logic of single elevator and the control method of multi-elevator cluster were studied based on DPRO elevator simulation training model, and the control algorithm of elevator cluster was optimized with the goal of minimizing the waiting time of passengers. The automatic control system of elevator cluster is designed by Siemens S7-1200 PLC, and the program of elevator cluster control system and the monitoring screen of upper computer are written by TIA Portal software. The automatic control and real-time monitoring of running state of six elevators cluster are realized. The simulation results show that the improved system can effectively reduce the average waiting time of passengers. And improve the overall working efficiency of the elevator group.

    For the NOx concentration at the inlet of denitration reactor for coal-fired boiler, an important parameter in the combustion process for the boiler, the precision of conventional NOx analyzer is low. Therefore, a NOx emission prediction model for the boiler was established based on the support vector regression (SVR) algorithm, with mean square error (MSE) as the evaluation function for the model. The genetic algorithm (GA) was adopted to optimize relevant parameters of the model, and the NOx emission was predicted through programming. A simulation verification was carried out based on the field data of a 300MW coal-fired unit, and the results showed that the model established by GA-SVR was more effective than SVR and BPNN in the NOx emission prediction.

    In order to improve the diagnosis accuracy of wind turbine bearing fault signals, a new fault diagnosis method for wind turbine bearing was proposed to solve the problem of misidentification of unknown fault signals. Firstly, the vibration signals of wind turbine bearings were processed by empirical wavelet transform, and 15 time-frequency domain features were extracted from the decomposed inherent mode components to form a feature vector set. Then, the feature classification ability was evaluated by Gini index, and the optimal feature set was constructed. Finally, a hierarchical hybrid classifier combining single-class support vector machine and extreme learning machine was used for fault diagnosis. Compared with ELM and SVM classifier, the new method can identify the wind motor bearing fault signals with unknown fault types well.

Based on xAPI standard, it designs the online learners’ portrait frame from the following five aspects: data collecting, data storing, data analyzing, portrait generating, and individual recommendation, which constructa model for online learners’ collective portrait as well as personal portrait. This article aims at providing individual help for online learners, supplying reasonable basis for teachers’ organizing the curriculum, and offering decisive supports for education administrators.

    Traditional image detection methods do not obtain the brightness, chroma and saturation information of remote sensing images, and the Performance of image saliency region is poor. Therefore, this paper proposes a detection algorithm of remote sensing image saliency region based on wavelet denoising.The remote sensing image is transformed into one dimensional image by orthogonal wavelet transform, the edge information of remote sensing image is obtained by binary wavelet transform, and the edge noise is removed according to the new threshold function. The brightness, chroma and Saturation information of remote sensing images were calculated according to the IHS transform (Intense-Hue-saturation) method, and the high and low frequency coefficient vectors of remote sensing images were calculated by discrete wavelet transform. After obtaining the clustering data of low frequency coefficients through fuzzy C-means clustering, significance factors were used to complete the detection of the significance region of remote sensing images.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively extract image edge information, has a strong ability to remove noise, and the detected image saliency region is well arranged, with high contrast and good detection effect.

    In this paper, Python crawler technology is used to capture the information of China railway 12306 website, and the effective electronic ticket is generated by data flow analysis method, so as to provide the best plan for travelers. 12306 website openes the automatic reminder function through multiple channels to push subscription information to customers, which is convenient to travel migration people. However, the disadvantage is that the refresh frequency is fixed, serious fragmentation of tickets. A design system based on Python crawler technology puts forward a good solution. The system architecture mainly includes:invoking the query interface on the 12306 website; collecting and analyzing round trip number, station code table and other information;  processing the data stream by means of splicing technology and breaking through the natural frequency to query the residual ticket information in real time; sending real-time information with the help of third-party information push tool Serve Chan. The experimental results show that the optimization algorithm of the system can integrate the fragmented residual tickets to the maximum extent, which is effective.

    In this paper, the gas-liquid two-phase double-cavity self-excited oscillating fuel nozzle is taken as the research object, and numerical simulation method is adopted to study the influence of different structural parameters and temperatures on the internal flow characteristics of fuel.The results show that the effects of different structural parameters and fuel temperature on internal flow characteristics are obviously different, and the internal flow characteristics (mass flow rate, the cavity number, flow rate and turbulent kinetic energy) will increase gradually with the increase of fuel temperature.

    In order to improve the quality and efficiency of hazelnut shell breaking and optimize the performance index of hazelnut shell breaking machine, the main shell breaking device of this device is knife roller. Through the optimization of the structure parameters of the knife roller, it is found that the shelling rate of the hazelnut sheller is affected by the diameter of the knife roller, the rotation speed of the knife roller and the distance between the knife rollers. The single factor test and orthogonal test are carried out for the above three factors, and the optimal structure parameters of the knife roller are finally determined by using the central combination theory and the simulation data by the design expert software. The results showed that when the rotation speed of the cutter roller was 180 R / min, the diameter of the cutter roller was 181 mm, and the gap between the cutter rollers was 11.2 mm, the shelling rate and kernel breaking rate of hazelnut were 93.35% and 7.69%, respectively.

    The traditional multi-dimensional data optimized storage methods have the problems of poor storage performance and low signal-to-noise ratio. Therefore, a network multidimensional data optimal storage method based on March algorithm is proposed. According to the mapping function, the network multidimensional data is encoded by integer mapping function.The coordinate values of multidimensional array are obtained by mapping to complete the construction of dimensional data organization. Higher storage efficiency of network multidimensional data is obtained according to binary coding; Sequential storage and block storage are used to organize measurement data, and the occupied space of data storage is saved through block compression storage. Use March algorithm to test the network multidimensional data storage method and complete the optimization of the storage method. The experimental results show that the maximum signal-to-noise ratio of this method in the data storage process can reach 96 at different compression ratios. At different sparsity, the signal-to-noise ratio of this method is still high in the data storage process, and has better data storage performance.

    Automatic infusion set is an improved medical equipment used in clinical medicine.It uses a variety of sensors to realize the information acquisition, and meanwhile,use STC89C52RC single chip as the main control chip . The drug flow rate, expected infusion time and other parameters will be displayed on the LCD after the information collected by the sensor is processed via STC89C52RC single chip . This design will bring about the function of infusion speed, infusion time monitoring, drug liquid temperature monitoring, automatic fluid stop and alarm, which can realize the automatic control of the infusion.

    Isonitriles have been used as common synthesizers of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds because of their special structure. This method of constructing nitrogen-containing heterocyclic skeleton has been widely used in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and polymer science. In this paper, the cyclization reaction of active methylene isonitrile and cyclopropenone [3+3] was studied, combined with the related research progress and existing problems of active methylene isonitrile in the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, and combined with the reaction characteristics of cyclopropenone. This reaction provides a new and efficient method for the synthesis of 4-hydroxypyridine compounds. In addition, this method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation and high yield.

    Determined the best preparation method of grape seed extract by comparing the antioxidant activity of grape seed extract prepared by different preparation methods. The grape seed extract was used to preserve the freshness of post-harvest citrus, and the effect of grape seed extract on the post-harvest storage quality of citrus was studied. Stored at room temperature for 40 days, test the weight loss rate, titratable acid content, sensory quality, Vc content, decay rate and other indicators of citrus to evaluate the fresh-keeping effect of grape seed extract on citrus. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of the grape seed extract prepared by the ultrasonic-assisted reflux method is higher than that of the ultrasonic method and the reflux method; under the same storage conditions, the citrus fruits treated with the grape seed extract have better indicators than untreated fruits. The grape seed extract obtained by the research has a good preservation effect and is expected to be developed as a relatively safe, environmentally friendly and pollution-free fruit preservation agent.

    Traditional data clustering statistics method is only applicable to low dimensional data clustering problem, therefore, this study designed a high-dimensional sparse data clustering based on fuzzy data statistical method, the clustering of high-dimensional sparse data statistics results. Based on the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm, by optimizing the initial clustering center, solve the problem of local optimum, shorten the clustering statistics time; Then weighting mechanism are introduced, the method is suitable for high-dimensional sparse data clustering statistics. Based on this, in order to replace the original Euclidean distance, cosine distance to improve the effect of high-dimensional sparse data clustering statistics. Experiments show: the data dimension is not at the same time, this method has a better clustering effect of statistics. When data dimension is low, partitioned clustering statistics result when compared with 10% of the optimal; When high dimension data, block ratio is 40% when the optimal clustering statistics effect. In the sparse degree of different grade, the shooting and cluster statistical efficiency of the method are high.

    In order to construct a gene regulatory network model, a method combining correlation analysis and principal component analysis is proposed. Use Pearson's correlation coefficient for correlation analysis to construct an initial gene regulatory network. Then use the principal component analysis method to establish the trimming principle, so as to obtain a new gene regulatory network.  Using the expression data of 10 genes of Escherichia coli (Ecoli1) in Dream3 for testing, the results show that referring to the benchmark network under the gold standard, the gene regulation network obtained by the proposed method has high accuracy.
