    According to the standard of reuse water, the effluent after secondary treatment of oil refining production is advanced treated. The reasonable technical design and process operation parameters are determined by experimental research, so that the effluent after advanced treatment can meet the requirements of circulating cooling water quality. re used in the production plant system to reuse the supplementary water of circulating water, which can not only save water resources, reduce production costs, but also reduce the serious pollution of the water body of the natural environment caused by the discharge of sewage, so as to achievewin of economic and environmental benefits.

    The structures and spectroscopic properties of a series of (C^N)2Ir(N^N-X) [C^N=2-phenylpyridine, N^N = 2-pyridyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole, X=chlorobenzene (1), X=phenyl(2), X=phenylyne (3), X=pyridine (4)] complexes were investigated by the DFT and TDDFT methods. We first optimized geometrical structures in ground state of complexes 1-4, at the B3LYP/LanL2DZ levels, and the excited state structures by selected UB3LYP/LanL2DZ functionals. The calculated bond lengths of Ir-N(1) and Ir-N(3) in the ground state agree well with the corresponding experimental results. At the TD-DFT and PCM levels, 1-4 give rise to lower energy absorptions at 454(1), 446(2), 453(3), 461(4) nm and corresponding phosphorescent emissions at 649(1), 650(2), 642 (3), and 638(4) nm, respectively. The HOMO-1 of 1-4 are mainly localized on the phenylpyridine(C^N) ligands, while the LUMOs are the *(N^N) type orbital. Therefore, the transitions of 1-4 were assigned to the π-π* transition with ligand-to-ligand charge transfers(LLCT) characters. It is shown that the absorptions and emissions are significantly dominated by the bidentate ligand itself, but are minor impact by the X-substituent group.

    Hypochlorite (ClO-), as an effective component of disinfectant and bleach, is commonly used in human production and life.The use of disinfectant containing hypochlorite in a small confined space has certain safety risks. At the same time, ClO-participates in a number of life activities of human body in the body. Excessive ClO- in the body will cause great harm to the immune system of human body and induce a variety of diseases.Therefore, it is necessary to detect ClO- .In this paper, a cadmium sulfide quantum dot fluorescent probe was synthesized by one-pot method using polyethylenimine as the ligand to detect ClO-. The results show that the probe has high selectivity and anti-interference ability in ClO- recognition, and the detection range is 0~40 nmol/L, and the detection limit is 0.5 nmol/L.

    The water resource pollution was serious all over the world. The main sources of drinking water such as rivers and lakes were contaminated by large amounts of industrial and urban wastewater. Therefore, effective treatment of sewage was urgent. Flocculation was the most widely used method in water treatment technology. The choice of flocculants was the most critical step in dealing with the polluted water. The application of inorganic, organic, microbial and composite flocculants in water treatment were discussed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, respectively. The development prospects of four flocculants in the field of water treatment were investigated.

    The diameter of the inlet of the Laval nozzle, the diameter of the throat, the diameter of the outlet of the nozzle, the length of the contraction section, and the length of the expansion section have certain effects on its atomization effect. In this paper, a dimensionless quantity method is used to simulate and study a variety of working conditions with three variables of throat diameter, nozzle inlet diameter, and contraction length in the Laval nozzle structure by Fluent to obtain the optimal structure of the Laval nozzle parameter.

    In order to find out the influence of the interference effect caused by the difference of corrosion pit size on the stress around the pit and predict the corrosion fatigue life. Analyze and calculate the stress distribution and fatigue life of corrosion pit with different center distance and depth under internal pressure load based on ANSYS. The results show that the maximum stress increases with the pit depth, but the number of fatigue cycles decreases. The maximum stress increases greatly when the pits depth and the wall thickness more than 1/3. The interference effect significant when the two pits are tangent and the pit depth is more than 4mm, the stress concentration is more serious and the number of fatigue cycles is sharply reduced. When the two adjacent pits do not intersect the interference effect is not obvious. The stress distribution and fatigue cycle times of two pits adjacent are similar to those of single pit that is there is almost no influence between the two pits.

    Based on the prediction method of the least square method, this paper uses the linear regression analysis to sort out the historical data of the system, and takes the outdoor temperature in the weather forecast as the independent variable and the heating load as the dependent variable. At the same time, the historical data of these two variables are used as the prediction samples, which are fitted by the least square method. In order to improve the accuracy of heating load forecasting, the regression coefficient in linear relationship is determined by the method of Pauta criterion.

    Because of the complexity of each system of big data platform, it is very important for the evaluation company to check the security configuration of each system. Big data needs high computing power and large storage capacity. Each component system generally uses distributed system, the appraiser needs to log on to the many configuration files of each system to check the security configuration that needs to be strengthened, which is not only inefficient but also easy to miss important configuration items. Aiming at these problems, this paper designs a security configuration detection system suitable for Hadoop big data platform. According to the knowledge base, the system can directly issue the results of security configuration inspection, which greatly improves the efficiency of the appraiser.

    Aiming at the parameter tuning of digital PID controller, this paper introduces a method of tuning PID parameters based on differential evolution algorithm, and writes M script file in MATLAB environment for computer simulation experiment. The results show that after the controller parameters are optimized and tuned by this method, the system response speed is faster, the time to reach steady state is shorter, and the parameter tuning speed and accuracy have been significantly improved.

    Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) is a new treatment that is different from surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. It has a good effect on the selective treatment of angiogenic tissues. This article compared the biocompatibility and photodynamic efficacy of three porphyrins and porphyrin-based polymers. MTT test results showed that Por, Por-PNIPAM, and Por-PNIPAM-b-POEGMA were less toxic to mouse fibroblasts L929 and human cervical cancer cells HeLa under non-light; while Por, Por-PNIPAM and Por-PNIPAM-b-POEGMA are less toxic to L929 cells, but higher to HeLa cells.

    Electrospinning was used to prepare PLA-PCL-diOH copolymer (PCLA) nanofibers with different alignments via adjusting the shape of collector. In order to lay the foundation of choosing proper aligned fibers in various applied fields, studying the parameters of collector was important. When the two collectors were parallel, the aligned degree of the fibers was decreased with the increased distance between the collectors. However, when the distance was 3 cm, the highest aligned degree occurred. This was due to the different electrostatic field force caused by the distance and the different length of ejected fibers. When the included angle of the two collectors was 60o, the aligned degree of the fibers was obviously higher than the one obtained by parallel method. This indicated that adjusting the included angle of collectors was helpful to improve the alignment of fibers. When the collector was latticed, the obtained fibers exhibited structure of cross and parallel. When the collector was hollowed out with a hexagon, the fibers were overlapped with a 3- dimensional structure. All in all, the aligned degree was decided on the shape of collectors. The research was meaningful for the fields which needed directional fibers such as cell culture, polarizing film and so on.

    Amino polymer point (PDs) fluorescence material was synthesized by hydrothermal method from sodium citrate and polyethyleneimine. PDs was characterized by ultraviolet spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum. The results show that PDs has good stability, and the polymer point has specific selection for rifampicin.

    Fe91-xZr7Cr2Bx (x=10, 12) and Fe81Zr7M2B10(M=Nb,W) amorphous alloys were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning and isothermally annealed at different temperatures. The thermal stability, microstructure and magnetic property of the alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. Research shows that the four kinds of amorphous alloys all exist three crystallization peaks in the STA curves, but have different crystallization initial products and crystallization processes. The initial crystallization product of Fe81Zr7Nb2B10alloy, which is a single α-Fe phase. The initial crystallization products of Fe81Zr7W2B10 amorphous alloy are similar to those of Fe79Zr7Cr2B12 alloy, which are α-Fe and Fe23B6 phases. The coercivity is different each other along with the change of heat treatment temperature, because of their different crystallization products. Fe81Zr7Nb2B10 alloy has low Hc after heat treatment.

    In order to eliminate the influence of acid value in solidification of waste cooking oil, the deacidification of waste cooking oil during solidification was advanced, and the optimized conditions, comprehensively considerated of deacidification and solidification, were as follow: 2mL sulfuric acid as catalytic agent was added in 50mL waste cooking oil, the temperature should be controlled at 45℃, the ratio of waste cooking oil and anhydrous alcohol was optimized to 1:3,and the time of reaction was 1 hour. Under the optimal conditions, the acid value of waste cooking oil was decreased from 21.5mg/g to 4.1mg/g, most of the impacts of acid value was eliminated in solidification of cooking oil. The production of solid fuel briquet was maximized to 101.5g using soybean cooking oil after deacidification, and the residue rate after burning was decreased to 16.7%.

    Alkali metal and alkali earth metal clathrate-based compounds have attracted massive attentions due to their outstanding electronic and mechanical properties. In this work, the structural, physical and mechanical properties of AlB3C3 in clathrate-based sodalite structure are systematically studied within ab initio electronic structure framework. Our results show that the lattice constant of AlB3C3 is a = 4.731 ?, and it exhibits metallic behaviors with the evidence that several bands crossing the Fermi level at ambient pressure. The B atoms and C atoms form strong sp3 covalent bonds in the framework. Moreover, the elastic contants satisfy the mechanical stability criteria, and the bulk modulus is 228 GPa. Our findings provide insights of metal boron carbide componds whose frameworks consist of strong covalent bonds.

    Melamine is an important kind of nitrogen heterocyclic organic chemical raw materials, the formula for nitrogen content is approximately 66%, widely used in wood, paper, textile, leather and other industries, can also be flame retardant, cleaner water reducing agent, formaldehyde, etc., but as a result of food and feed industry protein content test method of the defect, and melamine and tasteless is not easy to find, so often be unscrupulous businessmen used as food additive, to enhance the protein content of food testing index, the human body after the long-term or repeated intake of melamine can cause damage to the urinary system, kidney stones and other serious complications.Therefore is necessary to accurately detect melamine, this paper synthesized a kind of polymer point/gold nanoparticle cluster ratio fluorescent probes, melamine could be applied to physical testing, the results show that the fluorescence probe for melamine selectivity and good anti-interference, in 0 ~ 20 μM has good linear relationship, the detection limit of 0.23 μM.

    Under the premise that index oval mean of normal distribution is positive and its total variance of normal distribution is known, the Bayesian reliability sampling inspection plan is made on the basis of the maximum entropy prior distribution. According to posterior distribution of index oval mean, the minimum sampling size is obtained in the light of maximum risk to producers and users. The example shows that the effect is smaller than the classical statistical method, and the method is more convenient.
